Very comfortable bed and room. Only shortcoming was fact the property has no elevator to the second floor. For a young healthy person probably not a problem but for guests in their late 70s a significant obstacle. Requesting a main floor room was met with an up-charge in the room rate which, although not necessarily excessive, does leave the impression that the hotel has little concern for well-being of the guests. Perhaps a better mixture of room types on each floor might be a reasonable and responsible solution, unless the hotel’s goal is to upsell the guests based on a shortcoming of the hotel facilities. Does seem suspicious.

When we had a shower,, somewhere, somehow it leaked, and the carpet was soaked. The toilet made a hissing sound, every few minutes,annoying sound to try and sleep.Staff were nice, breakfast was good,,, but I do think that it needs upgrades, as we’ve been there before, and things are looking more and more run down. Thinking maybe it’s time for a change in our hotels.

Good location, friendly staff, decently clean.

I very much enjoyed my stay. I loved that there was a Boston Pizza across the street to grab a quick dinner. Check in was quick and staff was courteous. The room was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable with several fluffy pillows. It was nice to get up and go have breakfast in the morning before continuing my travels. I would definitely stay here again.

Good beds, decent breakfast. Enjoyed having patio door since we have a dog. Weird there was no TP holder.

Breakfast was good. Older hotel that could use some cosmetic upgrades.

No curb appeal! Parking lot dirty with garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. Lobby doors dirty - fingers prints and dusty. Room was clean - windows dirty, tv are burnt out and faded, limited tv channels.

Property lacks customer service. Some property staff not helpful.

Rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great. Bed was super comfortable, so had a great sleep. Only poorer rating would be the breakfast as the potatoes weren’t fully cooked and omelettes were marginal. All in all though I would stay again.

Great location and nice green area for the dogs. Room was clean and quiet location.

Cleanliness didn't appear to be a priority. Mud on stairs was not cleaned for my 2 day stay. Windows dirty etc.

my room was good, the staff were a little hard to understand but very friendly. the breakfast was ok, would have preferred just ordinary scrambled eggs. there was a choice of cereal but no milk, that was not so good. All in all my stay was fine for what I needed

The beds were comfortable and I loved the sliding doors to get our stuff in and out of the room.
