Room was falling apart. Our room smelt like onions. Very dated. Plug in the bathroom had a broken prong stuck in the receptacle. Thankfully we were only there to sleep.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it for its cleanliness, hospitality, and value.

Our room keys had to be fixed multiple times. Lamp shades were filthy. Fridge didn’t work. Bed skirt was filthy. Mold all over ceiling in bathroom. Bath tub was rusty around the hardware and dirty. There was a pedofile there the first night and cops had to come. We checked out a night early because of everyrhing and it smelled like very strong pot the evening we decided to leave.

Location was excellent, apartment style units very comfortable and convenient.

Room was very dirty. Microwave door was left open upon arriving. Someone had cleared warmed up food. Very bad smell in the room that would not leave. I called down to see if I could move rooms and was told fully booked. I found out that a friend checked in an hour after me and was able to have her choice of room. Door would also not close correctly as it looked like it was kicked in at some point.

Room leaniness, parkings.

Nothing stood out. Ok motel. Continental breakfast was good. Needs and update. Patio doors didn’t lock and the bar was not reliable. Table in room too big and difficult to get around. Not enough plugs

Clean but outdated

The hotel is definitely old and dated. It could use a some work, but for the cost, it wasn't bad. It was nice breakfast was provided. We were there for a cheer completion, so the hotel was full of young ladies. A gentlemen decided to flash a group of them - it was reported to the police, but I guess it was a busy night in Kitchener and it took over 2 hours. The guy was not arrested as he denied it and the hotel allowed him to stay - not impressed as they should have asked him to leave given what was happening in hotel.

Clean, quiet, nice staff

Our first time in Kitchener and we were ,looking for a place to stay for a couple of night close to the hospital. Judging from te reviews, we decided to book. Great choice! The place was very clean, staff super nice and accommodating (we had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and a snow storm) Hot breakfast and coffee and all at a great price. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Continental breakfast quite acceptable. Staff friendly, professional, and efficient.

To much noise

Very dated rooms and cracked bathroom ceiling

The room was dirty hairs all over the bathroom floor. The site posted electric car charger but they were missing xables. And apparently has been missing since st Patrick's day last year according to the front desk as they insinuated that the cables where taken by someone with an electric car "as that's what happens when. You offer free charging"

Clean room

Price was good but water took 10 min to turn warm in shower and bed had hair in it.....did the sheets even get changed?? Cleanliness is everything in my mind so I will not be staying here ever again.
