Air conditioning unit didn’t work . Staff come to look once. I called again to say it still didn’t work . Staff never showed up .

The hotel experience itself was good. A group of guests were allowed to set up a tent in the parking lot - they were quite loud and this went on all night. It affected our sleep. I also witnessed a man urinating in the parking lot - no regard for other guests. The front desk clerk listened to our complaint passed 10pm but indicated there wasn't much that could be done. Disappointing.

Reception and check-in was easy, quick, accommodated me 4 hours early which was extremely helpful. Very polite and professional employees from reception right down to cleaning staff. No complaints about the room at all. Surprising very quiet even with a fully booked hotel. Safe parking I left golf.clubs and fishing gear in my in tinted car and was assured nothing to worry about and they were right. All in all I will use this place over and over.

A simple hotel with the basics you need for a decent price.

Stay was good. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Found the room dated and little things like broken lamp shade in our room made the room look old and in poor condition. I think it’s time for some updates. Breakfast was very good with decent selection of breakfast food

Very clean and comfortable - the only thing I didn't like were the toilets that were made for small children. Great staff and breakfast.

Just one concern are the patches of mold on the washroom walls and ceiling.

NOT SMOKE FREE!!!! Choose this hotel because of reviews that it was clean and SMOKE FREE ROOMS!!!!! NOT TRUE!! I have respiratory issues and the room SMELLS LIKE SMOKE the property smells like smoke too!!! Extremely disappointed.... ......

They allowed me to have an early check in at 11:30 AM with my dog. So I was able to visit my mother at the hospital in North Bay. The price was fair and the location was perfect for me!

It was good so onour return we booked it for this friday

They have installed a Tesla car charger but it was not working and when I called them before working made, staff said it’s there and working well and then I plan my trip accordingly and booked a reservation via Expedia but it turned out to be mess up because i wasted 2 hours each day for my charging including travel time
