I found the bathroom door in my accessibility room to be difficult to access by wheelchair. I nominate Phil for national employee of the year for compassionate assistance to a disabled customer.

This is a comfortable place to stay. The staff are amazing and very helpful. I would recommend this place!

As stated above- very good.

The pet-friendly room was spacious; the breakfast bar was good; the person at the front desk was pleasant and professional.

Staff were on the ball, setting us up in a ground floor room with a slider so that we could easily stash our bikes in the room . I didn’t even need to ask. Much appreciated.

Not much to say the (floating floors) were damaged and dirty and very expensive,with no facilities.will never go back.
