After checking in, I settled in and took a shower. As I proceeded to use the ironing board I opened the closet to find a gun and broken glass pain from the hotel window stashed in the closet. Hotel staff made us change rooms and delayed our work schedule by hours. I've sent several emails to the hotel requesting a refund or discount but have not received a response.

Gute Lage für alle, die mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Wir sind mit einem Kind gereist und wollten nicht direkt in der Stadt übernachten. Nachts war es ruhig. Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Ein klassisches Frühstück mit Joghurt, Kaffee, Brot, Muffins und Waffeln ist immer ein Pluspunkt. Wir sind erst am Abend gegen 21 Uhr angereist. Obwohl niemand direkt an der Rezeption war, mussten wir recht lange warten, bis der Mitarbeiter sein Telefonat beendet hatte. Das war nicht kritisch, aber der Check-in hätte etwas schneller ablaufen können, zumal alles bereits im Voraus bezahlt war. Ein gutes, solides und eher klassisches Hotel ohne besondere Extras für einen Aufenthalt von 1–2 Tagen. Wir können es empfehlen. Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt — zumindest haben wir keinen gefunden — und wir den Koffer die Treppe hinauftragen mussten.

Les chambres sont propre et les déjeuners est excellent. Le service et le personnels laisse à désirer. (Manque de courtoisie) Les espaces publics et l’extérieur sont négligés. Un porte extérieur ne fonctionnait pas.

The rooms were well-kept and the beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bonus: Most hotels that say "breakfast included" means you'll have access to a coffee machine and maybe a muffin. This place has a breakfast buffet! - Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh bread for toast, a waffle maker, and breakfast cereals to choose from, and fresh squeezed lemonade. I felt very welcomed. Would stay again, if back in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.

I've always enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's a great place to stay and get some rest. Great service and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Good clean good location ,

Very nice, breakfast was great, staff very helpful. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint is that we stayed for 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned. The first day was my fault since I the tags for the room were not in English I mistakenly put on my door. However, the next day I did not put a tag and room still not cleaned.

Good staff, comprehensive breakfast items. If you have an EV or plug in hybrid and want to plug in to the building, limited number of outlets work.

I would recommend this place 10/10, especially with a pet. It’s just amazing no complains very supportive and amazing breakfast. Looking forward to be back!
