Un poco antiguo, pero en general bien

Old world charm, great staff, lovely restaurant. Highly recommend! And if you are a light sleeper, one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Ærverdig og godt vedlikeholdt hotell med veldig god beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Kort avstand til mye, og samtidig stille. God service, god frokost og fint spa trekker også opp.

Excellent service, front desk very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is amazing! Great location, definitely recommend it!

We love this art deco hotel located in city center of Prag. Mz recommendation for the management to improve the breakfast optional such as omelette, egg benedict and pro activ of coffee - tee service.

Beautiful building, nicely decorated, great breakfast, great location. Excellent service. Only thing we had an issue was the WIFI was not very reliable. And the door to the room did not close properly had to push on it to open it and to close it.

Magical place. If you want to have the full Prague experience this is your hotel !!!

Nice room, warm, great location A 15-min walk from the tourist attractions - would recommend. Though, I don't know if this is a Prague thing, but there wasn't any complementary water for at least night 1. There is a supermarket a few mins away but we only discovered that on day 2.

Sejour correct mais pas à la hauteur du prix et des commentaires. Pas de boisson de bienvenue comme indiqué, pas de " petit cadeau " de depart comme indiqué. Jolie vue de la chambre sur la vieille ville mais chambre assez petite avec une belle salle de bains. Le petit dejeuner est de bonne qualité mais pas sensationnel. Pas de yaourts.

プラハでこの素敵なホテルにして、良かったです。 地下鉄の駅を上がってすぐの場所。 朝食は、シンプルだけど美味しく満足。 近くにレストラン・ショッピングモールも有りました。 空港で預けたスーツケースが壊れて出て来たので、ホテルで有料で処分してもらえるか相談した所、無料で良いーとの事、その時の若いフロントの女性・スタッフさん 達の笑顔・対応に今も有り難く感謝しています。 安心して、スーツケースを買いなおし落ち着きました。 また、泊まりたいホテル・お勧めホテルです。

Loved this property. The onsite breakfast, spa facilities, and room were amazing. Staff was very accommodating and kind, and the restaurant next door is great.

The hotel was very nice, with friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms and a good breakfast bar. The main issue was the poor quality of the bed which was lumpy and uncomfortable, combined with the high level of street noise and the very warm room (even with the heating turned off) resulting in a poor nights sleep every night which effectively ruined the holiday.

The perfect base for any stay in Prague. Easy walk to old town centre. Great room, facilities and staff. Highly recommend.
