Loved the ambience of this hotel, and the location was so central to a lot of great places. The staff were friendly and they made sure to have gluten free bread available to me for the continental breakfast each morning. They were also quite knowledgeable about what else was gluten free aside from the provided bread.

Milk was not replaced. I like to make a cup of tea in the mornings before breakfast. I could have rung room service but you are busy with breakfast in the morning. Mini bar was replaced. Toilet paper & tissues were rough. For the money you could afford softer tissues. No bath mat replaced so we used hand towel. Staff nice.

Almost everything at hotel is 5 star, but not the rooms. They are tiny and a little outdated.

ホテルの方はみなさん感じが良かったです。 部屋は広くトイレ(洗面所付)とお風呂(洗面所付)が別室になっていました。 3泊しましたが朝食も種類が豊富で飽きることがありませんでした。

A localização do hotel é excelente. O quarto super confortável com cama grande, aquecedor, banheira. Equipe gentil e educada. Café da manhã bem servido no estilo buffet. Recomendo.

観光地にアクセスしやすく滞在の拠点として良かったです。また、客室では落ち着いて過ごすことができました。

This was an amazing place, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the room was so spacious, warm and a large bathroom. The buffet breakfast is served in a beautiful dining area. If you want a bit of luxury conveniently placed to the centre square and clock , highly recommended.

１１月２５・２６に家族３人で泊まりました。旧市街の共和国広場に面したとても便利な場所です。２５日は夜に到着しましたが、フロントの方々はとっても親切で、荷物も部屋に運んでいただき、中に入ったところ、なんと２部屋続きになっておりバスルームも２つ！部屋の中もとてもきれいで２日間の朝食もたいへんおいしかったです。全員大満足でした！＊英語もほとんど話せない３人でしたが、フロントの方たちが本当に親切でありがとうございました！

ホテルの立地はとってもよく、スタッフは皆親切です。石畳みの道は大変でしたが、スーツケースをひきながら、駅から歩いて行くことができます。 部屋は鍵のタイプになっていて、どちらかな1回転半まわさないと開かないタイプでした。 初めは、少し戸惑いました。また、オートロックでもありません。 床に前の宿泊者の方のものと思われるゴミが残っていたのが、少し残念でした。
