Had someone yelling in the hallway for a while in the night. When I was getting up to call the front desk they finally quit.

I always like staying here, but there was a dirty towel from previous guest on the back of the bathroom door. There was some strange large blob of something greyish brown on where the TV sits and I wasnt about to even examine that. So I wouldn't say the room was very clean. And unfortunately there were also hotel guests fighting and loud, but that's not hotel fault.

Very loud in the halls and surrounding rooms, toilet didnt flush properly, crappy pillows, hallways were filthy. Breakfast was good, front desk guy was nice

We booked the room based on the ratings, but those ratings must have been inflated somehow to make it look better. Everything is old, worn, stained and outdated. The toilet barely flushed and the shower/tub did not drain properly. The whole place has an awful odour. The room was clean, but the stairwells and hallways were not. The TV was big, but only a handful of channels worked. We expected more for $175/night.

Room was very clean, staff was very friendly

The room had some renos done. Mainly new flooring. However, things such as USB outlets were non-existent. The vanity of the washroom was recently renovated, but the rest of the washroom was very aged. The bed was ok, not great though. The sofa is very worn for sitting. I cannot imagine trying to sleep on it. The check in and out was quick and easy. It was over priced for what it is though. It was a busy weekend for the city, the only reason this 2 star hotel could get away with this pricing.

A bug was crawling on me, comfort inn was usually my go to place to stay because it was affordable and comfortable but after that bug incident, I wasn’t comfortable staying in the hotel, I had to check out late making me unable to find another place the entire night.
