There was cockroaches in the bathroom

Absolutely the worst experience!!!! We asked for a room on the main level with a patio door to smoke outside… they claimed that we smoked in the room and charged me a 250 fee for that along with a 60 fee for a 2 dollar hand towel that had a small stain on it!!! Would definitely not recommend this place!!!! They also entered the room without my authorization and took a picture of the hand towel!!! They creep in the rooms and look for a reason to charge you additional charges

The room was very clean and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable.

Room was in desperate need of make over. Vents in a/c very dirty, shower curtains had large rips in them, windows very dirty. Hard to relax in a room that is in bad shape.

Room was good for the night. Nice big tv and large room. The bed was dated but it did the trick.

Decent room, good heating, close to multiple eating spots. Breakfast could be better.

Room was clean but we had to be switched to a other room as toilet was plugged in our first room by last people in room The staff was was very helpful and moved us right away
