Rooms were a nice size. Nice to have a door to the bedroom to close when the kids go to sleep. Otherwise nothing special and feels a bit outdated. The air conditioner/thermostat was installed wrong so we had to call to the front desk to get someone to help us figure out how to use it. The AC is very loud too. Bathroom had a sliding door which is weird. Paint is coming off in places and carpets could be cleaner. Stayed here only for the suites option but not sure I would stay again.

Nothing like the photos online, the room had “AC” which was barely working so they gave us a fan instead.

Great location close to the bike path towards Parliament and other attractions. Staff were attentive, quick, great with the kids. Executive king suite was great for families - both couches pulled out and the kids had lots of room to hang out between activities. Central air worked well. Bed was comfy. Some wear and tear on the patio and kitchen, but this didn’t take away from our experience. Gym and laundry onsite were both excellent. Onsite underground parking was extra $ but a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again or recommend to a friend!

The entrance to the underground parking is difficult to navigate for vehicles with normal or low ground clearance due to a sharply angled slope. I attempted to avoid the steep incline by entering from another side, but unfortunately, my car's rim was scratched in the process.

Excellent location. 10 minute walk to everything. The neighbourhood was super quiet. Needed a ride to the airport in the morning. Front desk didn’t answer the phone the night before and I couldn’t find any staff as I was trying to contact taxi/uber at 5am.

We had a great stay for graduation. Walk was only 15min to the Roger's center and shopping. Lots of food options near by.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly and within walking distance to all amenities
