Great property would stay again

Showers need remodeling badly. Kinda gross with wei

This location was unlike any Courtyard Marriott I have stayed at previously for several reasons. The housekeeping staff was inconsiderate, disregarding the sign on the door. The hotel website advertises free hot breakfast, however, that was not an option. The only option for breakfast was an expensive menu. The menu also did not include child options. Due to the hotel advertising mistake, the staff at the bistro went above and beyond to give our family of 5 one complementary meal. The bistro staff was amazing in comparison to the hotel staff. The indoor pool needed to be cleaned- it had a visible film on the top of the water. This hotels sole redemption is that it is located in Lafayette, LA

Easy check in. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Roomy for 2 adults and three small kids.

The property was okay.

The staff did an excellent job serving the guest. The overall hotel experience was so relaxing. I recommend others to stay here and you aren’t far from places.

The hot tub was broken and cold. Pool area looked old and wore out.

Great place

Pros: clean, lady that worked the coffee shop is the best asset this place has(great customer service), updated, pool area was clean. Cons: it ticks me off when I specifically choose a property based on the amenities offered and said amenities are not working properly. Hot tub was cold! We couldn’t get the fire pit working. Night staff guy was unfriendly at checkin and had zero clue what to do with fire pit or hot tub. If you aren’t naturally great at being welcoming and helpful, then learn the skill of customer service or find somewhere else to work.

They call and cancel my reservation 2 hours before check in got to Lafayette had to locate another place to stay will never do business with this place again other Marriott s are great but this one is terrible and not professional
