Hotel maravilhoso, no centro da cidade e que podemos acessar tudo a pé. A localizacao é incrivel. O hotel é muito confortavel, con cha da tarde servido de pro seco e oferecem água de cortesia no quarto. Voltaremos com certeza!

BEST STAFF, BEST SERVICE!!

Hotel não vale o valor cobrado, não oferece conforto. Antigo e precisando de manutenção. Tirando a atenção dos funcionários (principalmente no café da manhã) e a localização, não tem mais nada. Não tinha aquecimento no quarto e o do banheiro estava sem funcionar e vazando. Pedi para que arrumassem e eles simplesmente abriram a janela, continuou tudo igual. Experiência ruim, não recomendo.

This stay was stressful but for its location u can’t get any closer to the shops and the Duomo They don’t tell u there is no hotel drive way and the front of hotel is the mall (with hundreds of people) We rented a car and contacted hotel earlier and yes there is valet parking But they don’t tell u street is narrow and u will be driving with pedestrian in front of you You then park the car in front of the door Which is also next to shops The shop keeper angry because u do this Luckily the hotel concierge come out and took our key and now it is his problem ;) Next morning we left early so there is no pedestrians and stress

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questo hotel che non conoscevamo. Ia struttura è bellissima in pieno centro, accanto al Duomo e a piazza della Signoria. La camera pulitissima, colazione eccellente e il personale, tutto, dal ricevimento, colazione e pulizia camere, di una cortesia squisita. Consiglio caldamente questo hotel.
