This was genuinely bad. I came across this very rude front desk employee who was unable to pull up my reservation and was genuinely mean to me about it. Then I had to call Expedia customer support, who called the front desk right in front of me, and suddenly they found the reservation, and the employee made me feel bad about it, for some reason. The employee was also given me questionable looks for the rest of my stay whenever I passed by the front desk. Regarding the rooms, the toilet was running when I stepped into one of rooms, so the rooms are barely prepared for my arrival.
