Breakfast was OK, but two things that I didn't like too much, I ordered room service one evening, just a toasted ham and cheese sandwich with fries, I ordered it at 7:20 in the evening on the QR code that they want you to use, and I didn't get it till 8:40, I called after nearly 1 hour and they had obviously forgotten it, and when it came it was pretty damn cold, the other thing that you should look into is that the king bed in my room is on wheels and the floor is a vinyl wood floor, but there are no breaks on the bed wheels, so if you lay in bed and put pillows behind you to sit up, the bed falls away from the wall and you can fall off the back of the bed, there needs to be brakes on thewheelsofthebed, that doesn't take much thinking

O hotel fica em uma região agradável. O quarto era amplo e limpo. A roupa de cama muito confortável. Somente a ducha do banho é um pouco fraca mas não prejudica em nada o banho. O café da manhã muito farto com reposição a todo tempo. Os funcionários, muito educados e disponíveis. Tem garagem.

Staff were so helpful and professional, we had an excellent stay. The area around the hotel is walking distance from multiple great options for drinking and eating. We highly recommend!

O hotel é ótimo. Ficamos no quarto família e gostamos bastante do espaço. As camas são grandes e confortáveis! O banheiro também é bem espaçoso, único ponto negativo é o chuveiro que acaba molhando o piso do lado de fora da banheira. O café da manhã é gostoso e com boas opções, mas todos os dias é a mesma coisa, não tem variação. As pessoas da recepção foram sempre simpáticas e muito solicitas!! Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.

Estadia foi ótima, a única coisa é que pedi um mimo pro hotel por ser um aniversario de casamento e não fomos atendidos.

O hotel é muito bom. Quarto muito atualizado (talvez recente reforma), banheiro excelente e muito limpo. A nota na média fica por conta do isolamento acústico entre os quartos que foi péssimo. Ouvia a mala do vizinha sendo fechada (Zíper). Café da manhã muito bom. Se der a sorte de ter vizinhos silenciosos, hotel excelente para poucas noites.

O hotel fica bem localizado em Providência. Os quartos são bem espaçosos com uma sala de estar logo na entrada. O café da manhã é excelente como citam outras avaliações.

NH Ciudad is a contemporary hotel with all you'd expect from a chain (in a good way). Breakfasts provided a variety of food (many breads, several different sweet and savory pastries, numerous juices, and scrambled eggs as well as yogurt and cereals). The room was a suite with two beds. It would have been perfect if there was a mirror in the bathroom, and if the thermostat actually worked, but otherwise, we were happy and slept very well every night!

O Hotel é limpo, novo e bem confortável. Têm um bom Cafe da manhã. O estacionamento é pago e relativamente caro. O atendimento não é dos melhores. Atendentes sem interesse em ajudar, com algumas exceções.
