Nice hotel, great price.

My family and I just needed a place to rest for the night while we were in Lake Havasu. The location is very convenient to the nearby lake area. However, the rooms are in dire need of rennovation. The base boards were filthy with dust that has probably been on them for so long. The beds were also full-size not queen.

Ok for the price but the carpet on the stairs is terribly old and filthy and the beds were very hard. A/C worked great though

Check in was smooth. Room is very old. Furniture is very old. Window does not lock and has no screen on it. On the bottok floor it is unsafe to keep.open

Quiet mostly except for a couple of harleys

Our key didn’t work one night and we kept it separate from the phone and wallet. The next night we couldn’t get in the back door on the inside, as the handle was broken . Finally, the carpet in the back stairs and the front lobby stairs, were extremely dirty. The housekeepers were amazing and did a wonderful job😀😀

The indoor pool was not properly maintained. The back entrance door had tape on handle and did not lock. The fountain machine was never refilled. Only had banana and apples for continental breakfast. There was no detergent for washer, they were out!

The property and staff was great. Just wish they had it a little cooler in the building..

Room was fine. Nothing fancy for a quick overnight. Clean. Breakfast was offered. Just cereals and yogurts. Plenty of parking and good view of the lake. Would definitely stay again.

They gave use a upgrade to kitchen net When our room wasn’t ready Staff was friendly and helpful

The property was okay, I guess this is how places near water are. The carpet when you walked in is dated. The floors just seemed old. The place smelled kind of musty. It got the job done though.

It was conveniently located
