Hotellet är ok, men slitet och sunkigt! Tydlig lukt av mögel i korridoren Stora rum och trevligt badrum, men slitet!

Rooms too hot , like a sauna, can’t be controlled info staff not sorted , very noisy got woke up at 02:45 for 30 mins people talking very loudly outside near staff entrance,

Got a room, and the cards did not work. Got new cards, and they did not work. This happend three times, we had to go up and down to try the cards. We then got a new room. Then the cards did not work here as well, but they fixed this. The next morning the hot water in this room did not work. They fixed this as well, but the pressure in the shower was in general low. I bearly got to rinse out the shampoo. There where hanging signs everywhere that there was not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside the hotel, to the rooms. I think this was very strange. Then the only option to eat som food at the room is the bad rated resturant at the hotel? With reviews that says that the costumers get ignored by the staff? No thanks. There were also a lot of cobweb at the ceiling in the reception. The positive thing is that the room was nice, and felt clean.

Supposed to be 4-star!! No heat in room, door cannot close. They gave us portable heater to plug in room. I cannot recommend to anyone

Great place to stay while in Dublin and exploring close by! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great spa! We used a taxi/uber to go to and from Dublin centre and left the car at the hotel. It was super reasonable and much easier than navigating a parking spot. Great hotel with big ambiance and character.

Didn’t end up having breakfast as I wasn’t feeling well

Not bad place to stay. Has all the equipment for a short stay. Very close to bus stops so it's easy to get into city center. However, as for staying in the room, my shower hot water was not working on the 2nd day. The bath tub hot water was working, but the shower was not able to provide pressure. Unsure if flushing the toilet or something else effected this.

The carpet in room had a worn out away area, the bath was good. Location was not close to much in area. The pool thou was a nice asset for Dublin.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of restaurants on premises. Very easy to catch a bus or other transport from hotel to city centre. Highly recommend to all not just couples.
