Un service et une gentillesse du personnel au top et le style de cette hôtel qui fait du bien au yeux. Je recommande fortement !

Belle découverte une adresse qui sera notre préférée sur nice !! Nous y reviendrons cest certain !! L accueil est top les chambres sont calme et cosy!! Merci d avoir rendu notre sejour aussi agreabl.

The hotel was decorated very nicely. The hotel room was very clean. The hotel was at a strategic location. There are a lifts to the rooms. The family rooms were spacious. However, there was no coffee in our room, which was unfortunate. The breakfast was very simple and food was not topped up quickly. We had to prompt them a few times and sometimes they would hesitate to top up.

In my opinion this hotel should be a 3-star hotel not 4. The breakfast is average and there are no fruits. The rooms are not very comfortable.

Ascenseurs en panne nécessitant un changement de chambre dans un étage inférieur. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, la chambre n'était pas prête et nous avons du rechanger de chambre. Léger couac sur le service. Cependant le personnel était très agréable et courtois. Concernant le parking, dommage que le prix de la nuitée soit aussi élevé - nous avons réservé dans un hôtel concurrent qui était 10€ moins cher. Hôtel agréable, chambre spacieuse et adaptée au famille un vrai plus. Décoration originale et colorée. Petit déjeuner qualitatif. Kids friendly

Bien accueilli mais chambre non propre (serviettes tachées, poussières etc...) tout au long du sejour, porte qui grincent beaucoup, pas de petit kit de bienvenue dans la salle de bain

Ok beliggenhed ift. byliv - et stykke til havet. Stille gade - 300 meter til sporvogn. Hotel slidt - elevator ude af drift et par gange - måtte skifte nøglekort 3 gange da det ikke virkede. God morgenmad.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die Einrichtung und die Atmosphäre des Hotels und des Zimmers war sehr ansprechend, hell, geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Safe funktionierte anfangs nicht, wurde sofort erledigt. Im Zimmer konnte man Tee zubereiten. Wasserspender ist am Gang. Qualität des Burgers am Abend war in Ordnung, aber sehr lange Wartezeit. Personal war zeitweise etwas überfordert und unkoordiniert, aber nett. Die Lage des Hotels hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Es war alles zu Fuß ereichbar, ch kann das Hotel daher wärmstens empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen.

Strange smell in the room occasionally, good location, no coffee in the room-only tea. The rooms were nice enough, fairly basic. Water refilling available

We had a wonderful stay. Accommodation was super and staff could not do enough for you. Would definitely return.

Somewhere to sleep is the best way to describe this hotel. The staff was very nice and very helpful, but for a hotel that only opened six months ago, it's already starting to look tired. The Californian decor is nice, but if you look anywhere, you can see peeling paint, cover-up jobs, and places they didn't even bother (Carpets and flooring are fraying). When we arrived, none of our safes were working, and one room needed a new lock. Rooms are average-sized for Europe; you can fit three adults at a squeeze. Bathrooms are nothing remarkable, and again, they seem to be quick paint fixes from the previous hotel. For the price, I would have expected some amenities like toothpaste, etc but all you get is a hair dryer and some tea. One of our rooms was not cleaned one of the days we stayed, with no explanation given. The location is really good. You can get here by tram from the airport, and you're 10 minutes from the main tourist trails. Breakfast is also very good and, if not included in your room, is reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but it's costly considering what is on offer.
