Hotel lindíssimo, excelente localização, funcionários educados, bem preparados e gentis. Refeição do restaurante nota 10, atendimento excelente. Vitória Gaizte é incrível maravilhosa, fiquei apaixonada.

Hotel muy céntrico, transporte público, farmacia, tiendas y bares cercanos. El desayuno muy bueno con bastante variedad y productos frescos

A nosotros nos gustó mucho. Todo perfecto. Localización buena , cerca del Casco Viejo, de la Avendia Gasteiz. Buen atendimiento de todo el equipo del hotel.

A destacar la limpieza de la habitación y la comodidad

Los servicios disponibles eran inferiores a los de otros hoteles comparables, vasos desechables en la habitación (es un 4*!!), la gestión de la llegada fue menos cuidada que en otras ocasiones y el trato de algunas personas de recepción mejorable. El equipo del restaurante/ desayuno de 10!

La recepción tiene los platos de Ikea . La decoración con plantas de plástico . Recepcionista mal humorada

The parking was spacious and safe. The staff were excellent. The rooms were of a good size and the bathroom was well fitted. It was a little too warm in the room and the pillows were uncomfortable. Both were far too hard. Whilst it is obvious we were in Spain, in the Hotel the menu in the restaurant was very limited in choice and very Spanish, rather than catering for a more mixed clientele. Though the sirloin steak was very tender and delicious. Already planning to stay again next year. Great value for money.

Our room was excellent and the staff were very efficient and friendly.
