Beautiful stay I love the beach the people definitely the room

La publicación dice que todas las habitaciones tienen wifi, sin embargo no a todas las habitaciones les llega la señal de las redes que ofrecen. Cuando pides ayuda te dicen que el wifi es por zonas, que si no sirve el wifi en tu habitación, te puedes acercar al lobby a usarlo. El minisplit /AC de la habitación hizo ruido toda la noche, no pudimos descansar. Nuestra habitación está ubicada en frente de donde descargan agua las pipas, y a las 10pm había una pipa descargando agua, entonces el ruido del camión era tan fuerte que tampoco pudimos descansar por eso. El restaurante del hotel es bonito pero el servicio es muy lento. Tardaron una hora en servirme un plato de chilaquiles y el huevo tenía la clara cruda. El estacionamiento está bien ubicado.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner and the Seaside restaurant attached to La Concha was superior. The food was gourmet and the service was amazing.

100% recomendado, el tener alberca y playa, hace que disfrutes más de tu estancia.

The hotel is outdated and in need of a renovation. The restroom was rusty and the water pressure was horrible. They also had no hot water and I called the front desk. The receptionist send someone and said to keep the water running. Then they called me and said they don’t offer hot water at the hotel, just warm water. He wanted me to check the temperature on the water like I carry a water thermometer while I’m on vacation. Some of the staff were friendly but the receptionist was not the nicest.

La ubicación del hotel ess muy buena, con estacionamiento, el hotel cuenta con playa! lo que lo hace unico. Lastima que no inviertan en mantenimiento, se ve hotel viejo y le falta mucho mucho mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, No lo pudieron arreglar y tampoco cambiarnos de habitacion.

Todo muy agradable Solo que si le falta una pequeña remodalacion

El hotel está excelente, servicio muy bueno, restaurante excelente la comida muy rica todo, el acceso a la playa muy bueno. Los cuartos están viejos, pero cumple con lo básico, cama muy cómoda. Lienpieza muy buena. Mi estancia fue excelente.

Renovación de baños

Room was clean for the most part. Staff was quick to get me registered. Did not try the kitchen. Parking was easy and accessible.

The service and food were very good. Parking was easy and safe. It was very nice to have beach access without having to drive out. Enjoyed a full day at the beach front area and the pool. We enjoyed the live band playing on Friday night too.

This property is in a beautiful location and has a breathtaking view. The best part is the oceanfront dining and palapas. For this, I would stay here again. I liked it because it is classic Mexico - the property has not been updated, but it is still beautiful!!! The service at the restaurant was horrible, that's why I didn't give five stars. But for the price, this hotel is a good choice.
