No me gustó mucha gente daypass embriagándose en la alberca. A los controles de tele y aire les faltaba pila. Creo deben cuidar más la playa estaba muy sucia

Staff very friendly and everything well kept BUT the property needs upgrades very old and towels in the room are also very worn out

Está bien pero si deja cosas que desear. Hay poca sombra en las áreas comunes y la habitación está algo chica y el aire acondicionado no enfría mucho. Además el servicio de bar es algo lento y parece que priorizan grupos grandes sobre los pequeños.

Nada que ver con lo que ofertan las fotos no coinciden las habitaciones estan viejas y huelen demasiado a humedad

La propiedad está muy muy descuidada, los muebles, camas y camastros rotos, muebles del baño oxidados, la regadera rota,despintada y oxidada, sin mantenimiento, no habia toallas, camastros ni sombrillas para el club de playa !!! Una toalla que conseguimos vieja, rota y manchada de sangre y no habia para todos los clientes. El hotel es un fraude lo que ofrece contra lo que recibes. El personal amable pero con mucha presión pues no cuentan con lo necesario mínimo para atender al cliente. Un solo empleado en el bar del club de playa y los meseros ya no saben ni que contestar a todas la quejas de los clientes. Al insistir nos dijeron que asi era que estaban los dueños del hotel en planes de vender el hotel y ya no le metían nada! Que lo sentían , pero la

Very nice

The check in was very slow, the rooms not in good shape, even dog poo in the aisle to access rooms. The beach surroudend with trash and bottles glasses and alluminum cans, on the La Concha beach.

My fiancé and I rented 2 rooms at La Concha, as we had family from La Paz joining us for a 4 day planned vacation trip. The first night we arrived we were starving and it took the restaurant staff 1 hr and 20 minutes to bring us our dinner and it was 1 other couple in the restaurant besides us. I ordered a drink a Paloma and it tasted awful so unfortunately it was my first time ever returning a drink to the bar and opted for a sealed soda water. The bar area was pretty dirty. My fiancé ordered a beer and was never offered a 2nd drink. The worst about our experience there was that we say multiple roaches in the room especially the restroom. One crawled up my fiancés leg as he used the restroom. It was a pretty bad experience and a first. We travel every 3 months around the world and try to read the reviews but I must of skipped reviews or something. WiFi access sucks and I work when I’m away so that wasn’t good either. What was good about the place was that the tacos were pretty decent. We only ate there once before seeing the roaches. We left and ate elsewhere for our meals. I have stayed at other hotels and Airbnb’s in La Paz and all have been pretty decent. We do not recommend La Concha and will not be staying there again.

LA NATURALEZA

La ubicación y el hecho de tener playa lo hace genial. Mas sin embargo, habia demasiada gente, en el check in nos "amenazaron" que nos harían una multa si colgabamos ropa en el balcon, Pues sorpresa! mas de 20 habitaciones con ropa colgada, parecia un multifamiliar horrible!. tienen Day pass y eso hace que se llene de más y no haya espacio para los que nos hospedamos ahi. Debería haber un max de day pass al tener el hotel al 100% . Además gente externa se metia y ocupaba los pocos camastros que habia.

The staff was very unwelcoming. The property is very dated. The shower had black mold. The only perk is that it’s beach front. They don’t allow outside food or drinks anymore by the pool or at the beach area, or you get charged a fee. It’s very different from years past. I would never stay here again.

All of the hotel personnel and staff service was exceptionally excellent, front desk Daniel, Bellhop Ramses made it a great vacation.

El lugar es tranquilo y seguro y las instalaciones son antiguas con regular mantenimiento, pero funcionales. Sin embrago el trato del personal de la recepcion y del restaurante que es una descortesia absoluta para los huespedes . Me encanta el lugar por su playita y ubicacion pero me cuesta recomendarlo con ese personal mal capacitado
