Location wise I don’t think you could get a better spot. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are of a higher standard than most. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area and will most definitely be staying here next time I return.

Clean hotel

Clean and comfortable room and a great location

My stay was extremely disappointing. Even though I was inside my room while housekeeping was cleaning, I discovered two hours later that my earrings were missing. The hotel did absolutely nothing to help me. It was only my second day in Marbella, and I had to go to the police to report the incident. That same day, I repeatedly asked the staff to thoroughly search the room and help locate my belongings, but no real effort was made. I waited ten days for the hotel to conduct a proper investigation or take meaningful action, but in the end I was simply told that there was nothing they could do. I have absolutely no reason to invent a story like this. I reported the incident immediately because I genuinely believed my earrings disappeared during the housekeeping service. The emotional impact was overwhelming. For the following five days, I became ill with a fever and suffered from nightmares due to the stress and anxiety caused by this incident. What disappointed me most was not only the loss of my belongings, but also the complete lack of empathy, support, and a serious investigation. I expected professionalism and responsibility from a hotel of this standard, but instead I was left completely on my own. This experience ruined my stay and destroyed my trust in the hotel.

Aunque yo me encontraba dentro de la habitación mientras el personal de limpieza realizaba el servicio, dos horas después descubrí que mis pendientes habían desaparecido. El hotel no hizo absolutamente nada para ayudarme. Era apenas mi segundo día en Marbella y tuve que acudir a la policía para denunciar lo ocurrido. Ese mismo día pedí repetidamente que revisaran la habitación y buscaran mis pertenencias, pero no realizaron ningún esfuerzo real. Esperé diez días a que el hotel investigara el caso o tomara alguna medida, pero finalmente solo me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. No tengo absolutamente ningún motivo para inventar una situación como esta. Informé lo ocurrido de inmediato porque estaba convencida de que mis pendientes desaparecieron durante el servicio de limpieza. El impacto emocional fue enorme. Durante los cinco días siguientes estuve enferma, con fiebre y sufriendo pesadillas debido al estrés y la angustia que me provocó este incidente. Lo más decepcionante no fue solo la pérdida de mis pertenencias, sino la total falta de empatía, apoyo y una investigación seria. Esperaba un comportamiento responsable de un hotel de este nivel, pero me sentí completamente desamparada. Esta experiencia arruinó mi estancia y destruyó la confianza que tenía en el hotel.

We traveled as a family, room was spacious enough for all 4 of us. The location was perfect, walkable to everything. Pool was lovely. The staff were very accommodating and delivered great customer service. The price was reasonable and included breakfast which is helpful.
