Room: hairs in folded towels, gross stain on the sheet, bathtub didn’t work so I couldn’t bathe my kids, hole in bathroom, couldn’t even walk on one side of bed because of how close it was to the a/c unit, and lip marks on one of the glasses. Hotel: only one elevator working causing delays, elevator felt very unsafe you can see the building walls through the door on left side and the right side you can see wires, the buttons looked loose and took forever opening on the first floor. Staff, the lady that checked me and the older lady with European accent were great. The lady in charge of breakfast on Thursday and Friday was the worst. I caught her yelling at a young teenager about him grabbing more than one waffle but yet she didn’t want him to put it back and told him to just keep it or throw it away. Then she yelled at my mother for her accidentally getting bread stuck in it. She also yelled at mother for getting food for my kids who were waiting at the table. Then I heard her talking bad about my mother to another guest. Than someone from staff stole my son shoes he left in dining area. The lady from breakfast on weekend was great she made the experience better. If it wasn’t for her and the 2 ladies at front desk I would have rated lower.

Had to change rooms bc there were 5 roaches in room. One of two elevators did not work. Checkin hospitality not good.

My son and I were very comfortable and were cared for, kindly.

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 years during the SEC Women’s tournament. Only one elevator has ever worked. The hotel was not clean in the elevator and lobby area. Floors were dirty and sticky. Breakfast was mediocre. I will not stay here next year.

Did not like the fact my room wasn’t ready I waited an hour for a room and would have waited longer if I hadn’t told them I had a wedding event to go to and needed to change and get there. They finally gave me another room but I was suppose to be there at 4 and didn’t get there till 4:50

Best sleep I have had in a hotel in years! We were in town for WBB tournament at the Well. The access in and out of downtown was great. Only issue was there was only 1 working elevator so that made part of it difficult for my wife.

I tried to check in at 4:30pm and was told my room wasn't ready yet and to come back in an hour. Check in is at 3 and yet my room wasn't ready when I tried to check in at 4:30.

Everything was good.

I can't really rate the property because I didn't get my room. My flight was delayed so I called and let them know I would be late but was still coming. She said as long as it was by 2 am. Upon landing it was 1:30 so I called again saying I'm still coming. I was informed they were sold out and had no room. I booked and had already paid for my room. I was told to call expedia to find something else. At 1:40 am. I'm giving a star because 15 mins later she called back and said their downtoen location had a room. The downtown location were fantastic to us. They were confused by the whole situation.

Didn't get to check and was told ther hotel was overbooked when i tried checking in.

This Hyatt is the worst I have ever stayed in. It was run down and needed work.

Employees were rude and were on cell phones. Room was not clean. Floor was sticky and turned our socks black. Bugs in bathroom floor,two bottles of conditioner instead of shampoo, phone didn't work, crumbs in sofa bed and shower head trickled water. Didn't get room service so we has to go get towels ourself and take out our trash. Elevators were filthy too. Worst hotel stay ever!

Beds are comfy and check in was great!

Overall we had an amazing stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was off about our room was that our air conditioner didnt work. But the whole experience was amazing. Definitely will be back!

I was only briefly there, but the room was nicely arranged with good lighting, clean, and staff were professional and friendly.

Overall good experience. Ac made noise so didn’t get the best sleep but made the most of it.
