Bathrooms really need to be redone. Carpet old/worn gives illusion of being dirty

We stayed at this property for mother’s day weekend. It was nice and conveniently located for the things we wanted to do.

I stayed here because the property is dog friendly and I was passing through town. My rescue dog was too scared to get in the elevator and our room was on the 5th floor. I really appreciated that the front desk staff offered me a room on the first floor. I also loved the huge TV and sitting area on the room so we could watch the basketball playoffs comfortably!

They tried to say I had booked a different type of room than I had actually booked and said they were sold out.When I insisted because we had three people and wouldn't fit in the single king they were offering, they managed to find one of the type I had booked. The room itself was clean and nice; layout was strange and when the sofa couch was used as a bed there was almost no room to walk around it to the door.

The water was cold when we asked for assistance no one came by and we waited.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The morning breakfast has a generous selection and is well prepared.

Fast friendly check in. Several restaurants near by. Some easily walkable.

Great location, nice hotel, good breakfast, but no indoor pool. We booked this hotel in hopes of good weather; it was windy and cold. Disappointed because it was going to be ours sons first pool experience.

Good girl but the restroom design was weird. It was a little tight to get in and out. The way the door opened, you had to squeeze out

Front desk very helpful and extremely nice. Clean and nice hotel. King bed room has good amount of space, nice amenities.

The whole facility, including landscaping, is a bit worn. Could use a refresh. Staff was friendly and professional, and everything was clean. It was just kinda, meh for the price.

Great location

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Free refreshments from 2 pm til 9 pm. Water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

The overnight staff are great Always have a smile and help with issues She went out of her way just to get a coffee Thank you

Welcoming, friendly service. If I ever need to find a hotel in Albuquerque again, I will look for a reservation here first.
