I chose the property for the breakfast option in the morning. No where in the booking process was I notified or informed the property was under renovation and no breakfast would be available. Due to the construction, there was too much dust in the lobby area. Not good for sinuses. Room refrigerator door was open, so it was not cold on checkin.

The property is in a easy access place off interstate. Short distance to our destinations, food, gas & shopping nearby

Staff was nice. They are doing some renovations at the property. It is 5 minutes from the mall & other major shopping areas.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It is obvious that some renovations are being done but it did not interfere with my overnight stay. Would stay there again!

The common areas of the facility are filthy. Filthy. The "breakfast" was an insult (coffee was fine) and sitting in the common area that clearly hadn't been dusted or cleaned for months bordered on disgusting. We literally couldn't see clearly out of the dirty windows in the common/dining area.

Room Was Good but hallway was under construction

The property is nothing special but it wasnt bad. the rooms were clean which was the most important thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the TV in the room got terrible reception and every channel was blurry. It looked like it was hooked up to an old antenna on the roof. I would still recommend though.

This seems to be a brand new facility. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable

Under renovation, filthy . Room floor was full of dust , my feet were white from dust. Room bolt lock did not work because door was not lined up properly, washroom room was not lined up, made LOUD noise when opening or closing . No tray in shower so soap and shampoo had to go on the floor. I will never go there again , very poor quality

Not bad but if road noise keeps you up at night, my room you could hear every vehicle or truck who went by in the night. Otherwise it is a hotel and my room was comfortable.

For the reasonable price, it was fine. A bit old, dirty old tile & grout.. Beds appeared clean and comfortable. For a lower priced hotel, it was fine.

ridiculous to call "breakfast" Noisy construction until after 6pm.

Try to find another hotel if you can. The backdoor lock did not work and anyone could have entered from that side. We felt unsafe all night. TV reception was terrible as well.

Currently under construction. My safety door lock waa broken. No ice machine. No one at desk upon departure.

As a parent of a freshman at U of IL - I will never stay here again! YUCK! Our room was filthy. You could see dust and debris on all surfaces in the room. Hair in the tub, etc etc etc. I had to clean the surfaces of every desk, night stand, vanity etc. Dirty carpet. Broken TV. The list goes on and on. The only way I could get thru the night was to pretend I was camping and wear shoes in the room and shower! YUCK!!!!!!!!! We asked for a new room and were told there weren’t any available. No compensation for the broken TV or disgusting room. Never again!

Room was extremely dirty and dated. Headboard was detached from wall. Visible dirt in corners of room and bathroom
