Necesita remodelación y quitar alfombras. El restaurante ha bajado su nivel de calidad y los precios son altos y el servicio en el mismo es muy lento. La pantalla de mi habitación no funcionó. El hotel es muy lindo y vale la pena considerar estas observaciones.

El hotel es precioso, su ubicación buenísima, pero hay que considerar una remodelación, o Por lo menos que quiten alfombras en habitaciones y pongan SPC o algún piso más higiénico. El restaurante ya no está tan bueno, los precios son altos, y el servicio es muy lento. El servicio del personal del resto del hotel muy amable y atento.

I was very disappointed on the maintenance. The air conditioner did not work it was leaking, called the front desk and they said that they would come to fix it and never did. Called three times the front desk. We turned off the air conditioner and the unit kept on leaking all night and the carpenters got disking wet. I would not recommend it for a stay.

El hotel es muy bonito , pero le falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones , en mi habitación la bañera tenía pelos , el aire acondicionado ya es viejo y hace mucho ruido , la comodidad de las almohadas es muy deficiente , logísticamente está bien ubicado para moverte a cualquier sitio,
