Most lighting in the parking lot not working. Property under repair, and the pictures do not at represent the poor condition of the property. The desk attendant was outside when I arrived smoking with a friend. Was wearing a dirty jacket as he checked me in. Another staff memeber had his feet propped up on a table and did not move when I entered. The entire building was cold. Had to move rooms due to dirty sheets and stained sofa in room. The second room was slightly cleaner, except for the tub which had a razor cover in it, and a badly stained shower curtain. The cable box power was linked in with the main light switch, so when I cut off the light, the cable box would also go off. Breakast was advertised, but very odd and lacking. Awful place.... would never go back. Its so bad that there is a sign giving you 15 minutes to lidge complaints, and another explaining that the desk clerk cannot give refunds. THEY know its bad.

Very quick service, clean room with nice view of river very affordable will return!

The hotel seem to be going under some renovations… it was a mess. I really do not recommend.

this hotel was horrible sheets where nasty room was extremely dirty no one at the front desk half the time the hotel is under construction it should not be open at all had to switch my room out three times do to tvs not working everything is out dated nd dusty i wouldn't recommend my dogs to this hotel honestly

The pictures have to be old. The first room was dirty had no toilet paper. They moved us second room had no fridge just empty space lamp sitting on floor. I understand it looks like there are some renovations and the hotel is older but you should be able to keep the front and ten rooms in good working condition while you do so and unclean rooms there is never an excuse! Also I had to call for the front desk from the front desk which was hard to do when I forgot my phone in first room and the phone in second room didn’t work!! Just overall bad experience! Oh and no hot tub even though it says there is one and the pool was not open so ya I would work on the hot mess of a hotel you have because you won’t get any business if you keep running it like this, and for Wyndham to have its name on it too very surprised!

It was a good stay

The room looked NOTHING like the photo on the site. The place stunk there were certain hallways that were not heated, and it felt haunted.

Horrible experience. I feel like I was catfhised by the pictures.

Eveything was absolutely terrible we tried 3 rooms and they were all disgusting so we left. One was full of bugs. I would never step foot in there again

The hotel pictures on website is misleading. This hotel is dirty and old. They lied about the breakfast and the food equipment was very dirty my family did eat or drink anything.

The whole place was a set for a scary movie on a dead end road under major construction furniture was so dirty an room was a horror scene from Friday the 13th meets Jason .

Pool need to be seperate from outside for inside pool to enjoy ,better breakfast options,elevator needs fixed,bar needs to be open,fire place going down stairs would be nice,but overall its nice here

Sink didn’t drain properly, holes in the wall, dust, dirt, cobwebs and stains all over, bed was terribly uncomfortable, pop in the machine was flat, breakfast options were abysmal, grease in one of the servers and nothing in the other. Waffle maker was out but no cups to use it.

Very big old hotel but not maintained. only very few rooms are booked and feels very unsafe. it is also located little unsafe location

The desk clerk is always friendly and helpful. There in process of remodeling but nice place to stay.

The room was not clean there were some kind of insects on the beds

Pot holes. Landscaping is non existent. Rude staff. Whole establishment not clean and mantained.

DO NOT STAY HERE This is the worst place Ive ever seen. The place is dirty, unsafe, broken down with broken locks and broken safety locks. The place is filthy and they dont clean at all. The drawers were dusty The place had a bad smell to it The place had no breakfast and they said there is breakfast The staff are horrible and they are not nice at all. We felt unsafe DO NOT STAY HERE
