The hotel location is very central, staff were friendly and helpful. The reception area is nice and the room assigned to us was aesthetically pleasing. Main reason for my lower rating is poor sound insulation. You could hear everything in the corridors and the water pipes which made it very difficult to sleep.

Lovely hotel located directly opposite Connolly station. Room was spacious and the lobby was welcoming. The property is a bit of a walk away from the main attractions and nearby dining options are very limited (but the hotel has a restaurant).

Was okay. Noisy as train station over the road. No hair conditioner provided. Was very expensive. Different price to what our friends paid and we all checked at the same time.

Stayed here during a worktrip, the employees are very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean. The only downside is the adapter not compatible with the rest of Europe, other hotels in Dublin provides the extra adapter. Even if it’s beside the railway, you barely hear the noises, but you can easily hear everything happening in the hallway. Air quality and ventilation system needs some heavy upgrades!

Really lovely hotel, couldn't fault it. Food was delicous, rooms spotless, great decor. Unfortunately the spa was disappointing, rubbish around the hydro pool area and far too much chlorine in it, so much so it stung our eyes. As we went in on our last morning, I emailed after we had left, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply from the hotel.

Funky fun property, good value for Dublin. Water pressure in the shower was awful and elevator on the fritz otherwise a good stay.

Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles toll aus. Die Zimmer sind jedoch alt und sehr abgenutzt. Lüftung bzw. Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und bringt gar nichts. Bei 17 Grad Aussentemperatur betrug die Temperatur in beiden Zimmern 26,7 Grad… Matratzen waren durchgelegen und Bettwäsche fleckig. Zimmer sind mit Teppichboden ausgestattet, der ist schmutzig und abgenutzt. Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist sehr fragwürdig. Man ist zu Fuß zwar überall dicht dran, aber nach 18 Uhr sollte man nicht mehr raus.

We stayed for one night and thought the hotel was really nice, no complaints at all. I’d probably choose to stay somewhere a bit more central next time, as we felt there wasn’t really much around in the immediate area.

Bed was amazing and I loved the gadgets in the room.
