DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The service at this hotel is the worst I've ever received and the room the most dirty and in disrepair ever. Almost everyone in the staff was rude and they wouldn't address our request of a room change as we had insets, AC was smelly and the room humid, fridge not working, bathtub in disrepair and the walls all dirty. We stayed for 6 days and during that time, no one we approached did anything to solve the issues. Moreover, the check in was crazy long (2 hours) and we only got the disastrous room we got around 9pm. Huge lines for getting in the buffet restaurant, too. Save yourself a very bad experience and stay away from this hotel.

El precio es una estafa considerando que no hay opciones reales para comer. Se promociona como “todo incluido”, pero necesitas hacer reservaciones para poder acceder a los restaurantes, y aun así hay filas larguísimas para pedir algo. Además, hay limitaciones absurdas para pedir bebidas y alimentos. El hotel está viejo, las amenidades están en mal estado y en general todo luce descuidado. Nuestra habitación estaba deteriorada y, para colmo, al llegar nos asignaron una que ya estaba ocupada por otro huésped. El proceso de check-in fue un desastre total. Una experiencia decepcionante de principio a fin. No volveríamos y no lo recomendamos.

The hotel and its building from the outside looks beautiful but once

Late check in, it is supposed to be at 3 but it ends up being at 6pm due to the lack of rooms or clean rooms, sink leaking, same and not so good food, good restaurants booked until Tuesday if you’re requesting it for Friday, bad customer service, I will not recommend it.

Es muy extenso el hotel,. Muchas albercas,. Y muchos caminos donde cuesta tiempo entender por dónde debe de ir, eso sí,. Si No contrataste el plan VIP de todo te quieren cobrar,. No puedes ingresar a cierta áreas, bares y restaurantes,. Lo cual es molesto que entres a un lugar y te retires porque te negaron el servicio

Great location, clean, lots of food.

Worst stay ever! Would never go back. When booking they never mention you have to pay an upgrade to have access to all restaurants, bars and cafes, price tag on the upgrade is up there. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Not to mention the noise in the hallways in the middle of the night. They had a group of graduates I mean maybe 1000 of them all over the resort, banging on random doors at 3am, yelling playing loud music in the hall ways yelling ringing the doorbells of the rooms. Bars had 1 bartender so it was roughly a 10min wait for a drink. I get the parting but if you expect 1000 kids every year have them stay all in one area so the rest of the guests can rest and relax. Getting a beach towel was such a hassle. You had to get it at your towel station near your room even if you were already at the pool on the other side of the resort. The buffet staff was amazing deserved every last dollar in tips. The a la carte restaurants were very unfriendly. Roaches on the elevator. Never again!

Buffet horrible. Fake pinapple juice, Bartenders were awesome helping with with my Spanish, forner chicken stand now just drump thighs and old french fries. Dark restarant, you cany see your food snd no exit sign in case of emergency. Only good thing about this place was cigar bar...which you psy extra for drink and of couse cigars. I dont smoke and was still the best place there

Not impressed…

Our stay at Grand Oasis Cancun was unfortunately disappointing, and we feel it’s important to share our experience. We were given a room with a terrace facing the beach, but the safety lock on the door was broken. While someone would have needed to climb to reach it, we didn’t feel secure knowing there was no proper lock. The room showed visible signs of wear. The toilet and sink had old stains, and we noticed a few cockroaches, which raised concerns about cleanliness. We took photos to document this. One night, there was a power outage that affected our room, and the next day, half of the building had no electricity. Our friends, who were also staying at the resort, checked out early because of it. We tried contacting staff for help during the outage, but received no response and couldn’t get assistance for a room change. It felt like support was unavailable when needed most. The food was basic, with repetitive, mass-produced options. While we didn’t expect luxury, we had hoped for better quality and variety. Eventually, we decided to leave during the night to find a hotel with basic comfort, cleanliness, and safety. Unfortunately, the check-out process took over an hour, as we were told we needed a special pass to exit. That delay made a tough situation more stressful. We ended up finding another hotel that was clean, well-lit, and more welcoming. While Grand Oasis Cancun may work for some travelers, we would not return.

Friendly and shows ,the food is no very good and the room very old

Si estás pensando en reservar una estancia en este lugar, te recomiendo: Tomar en cuenta las reseñas de este hotel, y leer los comentarios, antes de tomar una decisión. Especialmente en las habitaciones. Rente dos habitaciones con estancia de 5 días, no habían pasaron ni 12 horas para querer salir corriendo de la habitación y preferir dormir en una hamaca. Las Habitaciones se encuentran infestada, y necesitan ser fumigadas; Encontré bichos por todo el cuarto e incluso en las camas, piso, televisor y hielera y teléfono. (cucarachas, termitas y polilla en las puertas de madera y clóset de la habitación). Las habitaciones necesitan de una limpieza exhaustiva, ya que puedes encontrar sociedad, desechos, moho, óxido y bichos sobre: (puertas, camas, paredes, piso, refrigerador, artículos de cama, tasas de baño y lavabo, colchones, tina y paredes de baño). Las habitaciones necesitan Reparaciones: (goteras, grietas, humedad) Son un riesgo para la salud). El edificio necesita reparaciones, hay goteras por todos los pasillos, que resuelven colocando toallas en el piso y retener el agua únicamente. En el techo, puedes ver grietas, incluso partes del techo se pueden caer en cualquier momento, debido al agua acumula por las goteras; Lo que hace un riesgo tanto para huéspedes y los trabajadores. Si no fuera por las habitaciones y deterioro del edificio; Detalles buenos: El personal es amable. La vista del Mar y su color hermoso son impresionantes y dignos de admirar!

Pésimo servicio por parte del personal, incluso grosero en sus respuestas y mi habitación estaba sucia con toallas rotas.

Unfortunately I check in and check out, room condition was horrible , We moved to another hotel

1 person of head of me and took 20 mins to check in. The bell boys did not take the bags to the room. They didn't explain anything. Horrible services

Les hace falta tener mas personal en las barras, solo hay una persona sirviendo bebidas, duras mucho formado por una bebida y de mala calidad, no tienen buenos licores, y la comida no es muy buena si hay variedad, pero no es rica

Mala actitud del personal

Personal con mala actitud de servicio, baños tapados , mala actitud del personal que te recibe , y la comida y bebida mala calidad en general , más experiencia

La propiedad está sucia, el personal desagradable, las avitaciones horrible, creo que fueron las 4 peores noches de mi vida . Son fotos tomadas de como me entregaron el cuarto , sucio y sin hacer aseo 😡😣

Estan demasiado viciados por "Sin propina no te ayudo"
