Our stay was excellent and peaceful. The guy that checked me in was AWESOME sauce as my kids would say!

Not what you see in the pictures. It was fine overall - but it's not the quality standard of most LaQuinta hotels I've been to. No towels stocked in the room. No extra TP or toiletries. Breakfast was waffles, toast/bagles or cereal. OJ out of order. Ants on the food prep areas. Had the wonderful gentlemen at the front desk not been so nice, it could've turned into a miserable stay. He was so nice and really thoughtful and it kept it from being rough. But I probably won't visit again.

I just want to say, this may be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at hotels, and I have stayed at many. I thought it would be nice to do a short getaway with my kids, and it has instead become a train wreck. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was the photos of the pool and hot tub. When we arrived we found out that the hot tub is broken. On our way to the room, the smells in the elevator and the hallways were atrocious. There are things leaking out of the ceiling in the hallways, and random buckets sitting there to catch the leaks. We get into our room and it is like an ice box. It was set to 60°. When we turned it up, we learned the reason it was set so low, is that obviously things are not properly insulated, so the humidity in the room became intolerable at warmer temperatures (and by warmer I mean at just 64 degrees). Our blankets, pillows, carpet were all quite damp due to that. So we basically slept in a wet icebox. The Internet is useless, I have had to use the hotspot data from my phone to make anything work, including the TV. I tried calling down to the front desk to ask about the Internet, and the phones don’t work. I walked down to ask about the internet, and was told that they have no issues with the Internet, and there’s nothing that he can do about it.I wrote the hotel about the issues and never received a response from them either.

Pool hours too short. No shampoo in the room. No hot breakfast. Ice machine broken. Exterior door unsecured.

The hot tub was out of service. The breakfast offered little in the way of protein. There were items missing (shampoos, pool towels) that were necessary for our stay. It was very difficult to block out light with their curtains. The internet and therefore the twlevision were in and out all night long.

Hallways and lobby were hot! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was a great experience for me and my buddy to spend a day in Nashville.

We got in very late. The sheets were stained, and had hair on them. There were several buckets in the hallway catching water from the ceiling

I liked the price.

No dresser or chair in room asked for chair didn't get one hot tub not working was at hotel for 6 nights no scramble eggs or sausage for breakfast nothing for diabetes

For the price it was clean and a place to spend the night. The breakfast was not good at all. Overall, it was ok.

The reason I booked the hotel was because they had a hot tub. The hot tube did not work, it was only hot water, no jets, so it was basically like taking a bath.

The internet didn't work and the TV channels didn't load. There was flood light outside our windows and even with blackout curtains, our room was still very bright in the middle of the night. Half of the breakfast amenities were not functioning.

The AC OF THE WHOLE WAY NOT WORKING, the reception workers have very bad attitude, bery bad experience
