Love the atmosphere. Staff was great and helped us find additional dining and drinking options though we also enjoyed those available on site.

Excellent traditional luxury hotel experience! Food is very good. Location is walking distance to all downtown attractions. Would go back to just stay at hotel!!!

Beautiful, historic property with much grandeur and class. The team excels at customer service. They checked each day to make sure all was going well with our stay. We loved dining at both the restaurant and lobby bar area. One of my favorite properties I’ve stayed in. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have experienced this lovely property.

Nice staff, and beautiful and elegant building. The rooms are showing their age, however. Frayed upholstery, chipped and marred furniture, and leak-stained walls and ceilings.

Love the Brown it is a beautiful hotel but the room we stayed in could definitely use an update.

A very nice place to spend our last night of our road trip vacation! The lobby bar area was beautiful! We especially enjoyed our attentive and sweet bar tender, Jodi. The live piano music was also a plus! The hotel overall felt comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Louisville!

The hotel is a classic! You can feel the 1930's when you walk in. The staff and the history is the highlight. The shuttle service is truly spectacular and the Valet guys are marvelous. Saturday and Sunday the breakfast is top notch. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay! Good to know the history of the hotel and city. The location is a few blocks away from the Bourbon Trail, so plan ahead if want to go there.
