The room was a little dirty and the breakfast was underwhelming (bad coffee), but the staff was very polite and the room was spacious.

Pleasant staff, comfortable bed

Me gusto la ubicación del hotel, muy cercano a puntos turisticos y sobre todo al American Airlines Center, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La estación del tren esta muy cerca sin embargo hay mucho homeless, eso no depende del hotel pero me parece importante mencionarlo, el desayuno es básico y las habitaciones se me hicieron muy obscuras.

Overall, the stay was very good. The room was clean, but I did find some broken glass pieces on the floor. It was located right in front of the elevator, so it was easy to hear people passing by.

This was a great location for the concert we attended at the American Airlines Arena. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was great.

I had an early flight and luckily they had rooms prepared for an early check in! Staff here were all super lovely and friendly and the cleaning staff do an immaculate job! About a 10min walk from American Airlines Center!

I stayed here for a conference in Dallas. It was a nice walking distance to the convention center and some food places. It was under some construction when I was there, but it wasn’t too bad.

Customer service was excellent

In town for a class and I preferred to stay close to the class location. This hotel was 3 blocks from my class and had easy off site parking directly across the street. There is valet parking but I never know if my truck will fit so I opted to park across the street. The room was very nice and I was very impressed with the comfort of the bed. Complimentary breakfast is a nice touch but will say that the options they have are limited compared to other hotels offering breakfast. Still had good food but limited choices. The hotel was quiet and I had no problems with exterior noise and even had a nice view of the city skyline. If I find myself needing a place to stay in the part of Dallas I will definitely book with them again.

Nice place. Good room and cheap

The front desk person was nice, however she messed up a few people reservations, they were already paid for and we had to repay again because she couldn’t or didn’t know how to pull up the reservation correctly.

The buffet breakfast was terrible and definitely would need to get food elsewhere. We got approached by homeless people as soon as we went outside.

It is so well located for downtown attractions - bang opposite the Dallas world aquarium, we even walked to the Perot museum in 6 minutes both are not just for kids but very enjoyable for adults as well. The room was big, spacious but very dimly lit that was a problem for me there just wasnt enough light which turns me off. Overall staff was friendly and accomodating, breakfast was good / comparable to other properties. It was clean. Parking was tight wven to get to the hotel valet, and the parking otherwise is either across the road on a public lot (shared with aquarium) or in a garage that was better priced but didnt seem as safe.

I liked that it was downtown and you could easily walk to the aquarium or Perot Museum. I also liked how large the room was.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel, welches wir ausgewählt hatten, weil wir vor Jahren bereits Dallas besucht hatten und uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels sehr zugesagt hat. 5 min zu Fuß zur Dealy Plaza, viele gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Eigentlich ist es eine ruhige Ecke, jedoch sind wir nachts ein paar mal hochgeschreckt. Zuerst gab es ein Autorennen auf der Straße vor unserem Fenster, dann machte sich in den frühen Morgenstunden lautstark die Müllabfuhr bemerkbar. Trotz unseres Zimmers im 6. Stock war es sehr laut. Natürlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber dadurch haben wir erst mal gemerkt, wie gut die Fenster in den anderen Hotels in großen Städten waren, die wir zuvor besucht haben.

Spacious room very quiet staff was nice. Lack of lights in room. Need luggage racks or a low dresser with drawers. We stayed 5 nights in a suite and needed to live out of the suitcase.

Great stay and great location. We came in for a WNBA game and we didn't have any issues with the location. The staff was great and very friendly.

Walkable to sixth floor museum...cheaper parking across road a one street free

The property was very clean. Staff was kind. Parking was simple but not free. Breakfast was underwhelming.
