Mall across the road

A little outdated. Especially the tv.

Hot tub missong many tiles..poor maintenence, the swimming pool had many peices of debris and hair and floating items. We slep on main floor, upstairs people were running around late hours..when we tried to call the desk no answer. After several calls finally someone answered.. they did go up to speak with the noise makers but it continued for a while. At breakfast, they ran out of napkins, waffles and yoghurt. When sfaff wee asked about the items, it seemed they did not want to mix more waffle mix and they did not want to provide spray for the waffle maker so it would work properly. The room was good and the bathroom was large however the shower only had one door on it and the water continuously sprayed all over the floor due to the shower only having half the entry covered. Price os high for fhe experience. Hope they improve things because they could have a better experience for guests.

Room was clean, staff great. Could use some room upgrades but would stay there again.

Room was clean, hotel appeared to be in good condition. Only complaint was that our room didn’t have curtains/blinds. It looked like there was some at one point but they had been ripped down. As a result our room was very bright at night, making it hard to sleep and didn’t give much privacy.

Room was spotless, staff was very courteous. Enjoyed a relaxing time in the hot tub.

This is a very noisy hotel. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was good. The first night we didn’t sleep between noisy guests and the snow plow across the street at the mall.

Comfortable night stay and great staff!

The room was beautiful for the price! I loved the shower, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was so clean! I did not like the coffee or the breakfast. The food looked disgusring and the coffee was basically like water. Considering everything, though, we liked the hotel and would definitely stay again
