Liked the location and size of room!

The suite was great: clean, spacious, great bed, nice kitchenette, everything needed. But this is an Extended Stay hotel and my neighbors were on one side an apparently single day with three bored sons under 10 marauding through the hallways and stairwells and very loud way past 11, and on the other a large family with what sounded like a very young baby and a raft of other kids who were crying and screeching until the wee small hours. Thank God for the white noise of the HVAC system and for the ear plugs i never travel without. I asked for a quiet suite away from the highway. Instead I got this one, overlooking a busy multi lane parkway and the above mentioned neighbors, for whom I felt some pity, but who allowed very little rest or sleep😕

For the most part I got what I was seeking, in terms of a quiet, clean, safe, and comfortable space. The one technical glitch involving the heat was promptly dealt with. I would caution people about kiddie-size toilets that many guests may not find easy to use without grab bars.

I thought from the reviews this property would be better than it is. Rooms are ok but nothing special. If I could have changed to go somewhere else, I would have. Only one night though.

Location and overall experience was excellent.

We stayed for a week and the room was really homey. Breakfast was good, the laundry room was easy to use. Nearby shopping and restaurants.

❤️ this Sonesta. Been staying here for over 15 years. Back to when it was Residence Inn. Sonesta purchased the property and continued the spectacular high standards & comforts one can appreciate. The staff is awesome !

Decepcionado com esse Sonesta. Esperava mais. Chuveiro com defeito, saia mais água na torneira em baixo do que no chuveiro. Passamos três noites e não arrumaram o quarto em nenhum dia. Tivemos que tirar o lixo e usar as mesmas toalhas. Cana muito mole. Chegamos na chuva forte e não havia cobertura, tiramos as malas do carro e nos ensopamos. A máquina de lavar roupa estava quebrada. E o principal, o revestimento do quarto parece de papel, se houve tudo acima e do lado, descarga, chuveiro, pulo de criança. Nota 5.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good. The only thing I’d prefer is to have the room clean everyday.
