Quiet & clean, updated

Unbelievable! Extremely clean and staff is very attentive. A hidden gem for sure. Everything is a 10 out of 10!

They need to fix the ventilation. We stayed in room 102 which was at the end of the hall. They offer free cookies. The cookie smell would come through the ventilation which was pleasant enough but late at night marijuana smell was coming through. Breakfast was good.

The man working the kitchen area was absolutely top notch! He was very attentive to needs and kept a clean eating area. Many other guests commented on him.

Older hotel but maintained well. Off the main drag but that was what we wanted. Breakfast was a mad house at 8:30. Go early!

Over priced , no food opinions on site or close by in walking distance, breakfeat had very poor options. The staff was really good.

Old. Dirty. Not well maintained. Room needed multiple repairs. My 12 year old nephews were locked in the bathroom because the lock/knob was broken. Smelled of cigarettes even though it was a no smoking hotel.

We stayed for 1 night. The room had a smell, small stains on the bed skirt & curtain and the bathroom tub & floor needed to be clean. The pool looked aged and my son had gotten his foot cut from the bottom of pool.

Clean and very accommodating

We stayed in this hotel last year, and decided to return with our friends. There seems to be a little less attention to detail this year. We had no handsoap and shampoo bottle was empty, so we had to go ask at desk. There was a light out in bathroom. Those are minor, but this is not an economy stay, so a little disappointing. It is still decent, but at $177 a night, we expect those things to be taken care of.

What a beautiful hotel!! It’s perfectly located and the staff is fantastic!

Property was very clean and the rooms were very nice

I had to come in super late and i had called ahead and let them know. When I got there at 1am they got me checked in fast and easy.

Clean and comfortable. Definitely worth what we paid for it. Staff were friendly and close to restaurants.

Great place to stay

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was good. All the staff were friendly. This was our third time staying at this hotel.

Property was close to downtown Durango. The complimentary popcorn and cookies were great. On the downside, our room had a slow drain in the bathroom sink, and the fan on the air conditioner rattled which was annoying especially when we tried to go to sleep.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Will be sure to ask for housekeeping if I ever visit again because they do not leave clean towels again on the second day of your stay unless you request it.
