Excelente el trato del personal , localización y accesibilidad!!

Me gusto mucho lo centrico , cerca del corte ingles y la parada para coger el autobus. Bien tranquila el area pero cerca de buenos restaurantes para comer y desayunar. Excelente el desayuno del hotel. Muy recomendado. En el apagon tenia servicio de elevador.

El personal es amable y servicial. Excelente localización.

Close to airport

Very nice hotel with a lovely staff.

Apartamento bastante confortável e limpo. O atendimento muito bom. O ponto negativo fica por conta do sinal de Wi-Fi.

Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant and efficient. Wasn't really close to the tourist areas but close to Metro and it was only really 4 stops to the waterfront. Rooms are a little small but it was a good stay.

Overall Hotel was fine and was in a safe and nice part of town. It showed a bit of its age in its public areas and floors, but bed was comfortable and rooms were clean and good size. It was also very close to two subway lines including the red line direct to the airport.

Great location and room surpassed expectations. Staff was excellent especially Claudia. She is fabulous! Thanks to all at the hotel.

We thought the hotel was close to the Red Line metro station, what we didn’t see through the trees until we checked out was it is almost directly across from one of the station entrances! The hotel should make this more clear. That makes transit to airport and downtown much easier.

War alles gut

Nice and handy hotel in a nice area near the city center. However I had issues with the WiFi and I wouldn’t call it a 4 stars hotel. It as fine enough.

It is located in a residential area, with a metro and a shopping center nearby, but not the classic activities that tourists want to see for the first time.

Like the story of the 3 bears-just right for a quick stay in Lisbon. Not the greatest, not the worst. Staff were exceptional! Easy scheduling for private airport transfer-NOTE CASH ONLY payable at hotel. Transit options within walking distance. Great restaurant 1 blick away-Sangiovese. Also Olivias for healthy and light. Breakfast not included but reasonably priced. We never bothered so cannot say much about restaurant on site.

É um bom hotel! Mas, não me pareceu um hotel 4 estrelas. Não tem uma piscina ou academia. Tem frigobar no quarto, mas desabastecido. O café da manhã não está incluso na diária. O que tem para ser um 4 estrelas? Não sei. Como a minha expectativa era de um hotel 4 estrelas, por isso não fiquei satisfeito.
