Hotel muito bom, quartos espaços mas o box do chuveiro era pequeno. Hotel próximo a paradas de onibus e atrações na cidade. Recomendo.

Niveles hotel

My stay at the Holiday Inn Montevideo (Colonia 823) wasn't terrible, but the whole place felt run-down and not enjoyable. Here are some ways in which it didn't match my expectations: The first room I was in was right on a street; an alarm on the garage of the nearby Radisson went off all night long, so I asked for a different room. Not a big deal by itself. The bidet in the second room was completely broken. It did not have a spigot for water to come out in the normal place, just a knob to turn (something?) on. When this knob was turned, the water came out of a leak in the CEILING!! I.e. instead of water around your bits, you get a damn shower, even if you're just turning it on to see if it works. The toilet wouldn't flush solids properly. I often had to stand there and flush the damn toilet six or seven to get all the damn toilet. I have never had this experience in my life. I did not have any diarreha or other problems; the problem was the toilet. The water in pool was the temperature of a sauna and was cloudy; it looked to me like the PH was off. I swim a lot, but could not use the pool to swim. The exercise bike in the exercise room was visually ok, but completely broken. The elevator I used always stopped an inch off of ground level; it was always too high or too low and would cause me to stumble entering or leaving. The coffee at breakfast smelt and tasted terrible. Hotel está muito velho, sem manutenção. Precisando urgente um retrofit. Área da piscina está péssima. Mas o pior de tudo são os colaboradores. Mal educados, zero simpatia, zero proatividade e muita arrogância. Precisam urgente de um treinamento sobre como tratar clientes. Não volto nunca mais.

Hotel mais antigo

El hotel queda situado en un lugar que no es bonito, y se siente inseguro. Desde la entrada al hotel como en las habitaciones de no fumadores huele a cigarrillo. Las camas son cómodas, el televisor no es smartv. las fotos no se parecen a la realidad

The front desk staff is not very welcoming and their tones are very condescending. The front lobby is always smelling of cigarette smoke.

The no-smoking rooms smell extremely strongly of smoke. There is no escaping it. All the carpets in the public areas need replacing due to staining. The entire hotel needs a major refurb.

Atendimento muito bom, indicações de locais a visitar, indicações de agências e etc. Cordialidade e atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Quarto limpo, bem iluminado e com travesseiros e lençóis confortáveis.

Las mejores almohadas de todos los hoteles en los que estuvimos, incluso mejor que uno de 5 estrellas. Fue un hotel de paso, llegamos en la tarde y salimos en la mañana, no habían muchas opciones de restaurantes cercanos. y de noche da un poco de miedo. Igual no puedo ser tan riguroso pq es el centro, y en el centro de cualquier ciudad que hemos visitado, no es seguro. En la habitación se sentía un poco el olor a cigarro, pero creo que es el que entra por los pasillos.
