I had booked a room with a pet through Expedia, but Expedia didn't pass along the message to the hotel. The staff were able to work out a solution, though for which we were very grateful. We really liked the pool (big enough to swim short laps) and breakfast was decent. It looks as though the rooms were updated a number of years ago, but could use a little additional tlc in places. Bedspreads were lime green and ugly, but beds and pillows were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The counter agent was very helpful and quick about getting me settled. The pool and hot tub were working as expected with plenty of towels. The pool area was clean and neatly kept. The room was great and my only minor complaint would be that things were a bit dated. Lots of channels to pick from on the TV. A/C was super cold!! The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with tasty eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, oatmeal, yogurt, nice selection of breads, milk, coffee, and tea. Easy access to I-70, gas stations, Walmart, and fast food places. Definitely would stay there again.

Had a nice day room was comfortable television worked great. My suggestions would be that they change up their breakfast menu not serve the exact same thing every morning. Do something different from scrambled eggs and patty sausage once in a while for a protein breakfast. Also, a hot tub was never really hot. It was set too low of the temperature. It should be at 104°. Otherwise we had a nice stay!

We came in very late but still were greeted very warmly, and the rooms we had booked were beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast and pool were also perfect. There was an odor of cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent that was unfortunate, but we reported it to the manager at the desk, and he was very apologetic.

Staff was friendly, room was pretty clean, bed was ok. Room smelled like smoke, which made it hard to sleep.

We booked ahead of time and thought it would be a great rest stop. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. When we arrived at check in, we noticed a Sign saying pool out of service. Both of our kids were disappointed. The elevator was out of service so we had to carry our things up a flight of stairs, which is just inconvenient. (Especially since my wife has a neck injury. The building itself had no air flow. We went into our room and the air wasn’t on so we turned it on and the room did cool down in a short time. Went to put some things in the provided fridge and the freezer was full of mold. We decided not to use the fridge. When we woke up we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. It was very simple and ok. Scrambled eggs and 1 choice of meat. The meat tasted like it was cooked in water. Eggs were good. 2 kinds of cereal & bananas. The air quality was just awful. Once you woke up you could tell. We couldn’t wait to leave. This was our first time staying at a quality inn and after this family vacation, we will not be booking again.

We used a 3rd party booking which I had a credit with, which lowered our rate incredibly. The clerk/manager were not very pleasant

Enjoyed our stay

I would love to give this property excellent rating, but for three areas that we ran into…first the pool was down for maintenance, it happens. The room was clean and spacious and updated the beds themselves were not as comfortable as we typically find. But the final issue was the breakfast . Again, the potential to be excellent, but several food and drink items were not stocked or restocked. I’d probably give it another chance, we may just have hit a trifecta of unusual circumstances.

Cancelled booking due to the pool / hot tub being out of service, but did not mention anything on the website.

Paid for a room and pool access. The pool was closed and no prior notice with booking.
