I like the quiet room. The lighting in the room could have been better, seemed very dark. No coffee, not enough food at breakfast for all that were there and very crowded.

Good stay. Indoor pool and hot tub. Pillow top bed and comfortable pillows

Property was clean and quiet, staff was friendly, and bed was comfortable.

There was no one at the front desk but we could hear them talking in the back. We had to call our “Hello?” for about 10 min before someone came to the front. Other than that it was a good stay- the breakfast was good but they were out of everything and people were complaining. They were slow to fill up items so it took a while to get breakfast.

Pictures on website make hotel look nicer than it is. Arrived at night and there was loud music from a restaurant/bar across the street. Staff check-in was ok. Hotel a bit dated. Our room was basic and the bathroom hook was falling off. Breakfast looked ok, but we just grabbed some pastries to go. Good thing we only stayed one night.

Traveling with tweens for a long trip requires breakfast, a pool and Internet. We checked in near 8pm and were not the only family enjoying the pool and hot tub to get everyone's wiggles out. The front desk service was also great. The whole hotel was booked and the person at the desk had their hands full, but treated each person and their unique question like they were the most important guest.

The comfort Inn was clean and comfortable as usual. I didnt like the location. We had to U turn every time we came back to the hotel. We were in town for an event at the Showare. The staff was friendly. And the complimentary breakfast was really good! And the rooms were clean. Just didnt care for town of kent or the location.

I enjoyed the stay, the breakfast was good, the room was nice and comfy. It was good for the price, it wasn’t perfect but I’d stay there again for sure.

The staffing were great!! The place was friendly and clean.

Check in was really easy and fast the room and hotel was really clean

40 minute ride to airport! Don't know how I missed that. Cost was $200 in Uber fares. Hotel itself was fine.

We arrived much earlier to the hotel than expected and the staff made every effort to allow us an early check in so we could rest before our event. Breakfast was a nice amenity to wake up to after a long night.
