Superbe hôtel

Très bon séjour : hôtel moderne bien décoré, belles chambres, accueil au top, pdj de très bon niveau, emplacement idéal, seul bémol parking un peu trop cher.

Have stayed here before so know the hotel is in a great position in the old port. Room was on the small side however and would have liked a bath but only a shower available. There was a kettle in the room but no cups (?) and no fridge

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel de qualité. Très bien situé et un personnel très professionnel. Juste une petite remarque nous avions ce qu'il faut en dosette de café ou thé mais un seul sachet d'infusion, alors que nous étions deux.

Hôtel refait à neuf, tout était parfait.

Très bon hôtel d'une propreté éclatante, surtout en ce qui concerne la salle de bain. Bien situé et facile d'accès.

L’hôtel applique des horaires particulièrement stricts qui ne permettent pas de profiter d’un weekend reposant. La chambre doit impérativement être libérée avant 11h00 le dimanche matin, le petit déjeuner n’est servi que jusqu’à 10h, et les arrivées ne sont pas possibles avant 15h. Le personnel veille scrupuleusement au respect de ces horaires.

Hôtel, très bien situé en face de l’aquarium, il y a 500 m du centre-ville, non négligeable le parking à l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Très propre, bon accueil, le petit déjeuner est variés

Très bel hotel idéalement situé. Client régulier de cet hôtel mon seul regret est le niveau de prix de la carte le soir qui m'oblige à sortir manger en ville (rentre difficilement dans mon forfait). Peut être qu'une offre plus "brasserie " serait adaptée. Sinon pour le reste....rien à redire

Excellent breakfast for vegans. Parking is easy. Unlimited amount of water for the room. Good, central location.

Property next to the aquarium, super well located. Breakfast is great, I had the occasion to also have lunch at their restaurant and food was really good. Pool area is nice, the staff is really kind. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Staff were fantastic, especially the bar staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was spotless and quiet. The pool area was really nice. Lovely bedrooms (in hindsight I should have booked a larger room, as was a bit tight, but totally my own fault). Cleaned every day, towels replenished. Really nice location. Within walking distance of everything.

The entire hotel was completely remodeled and everything feels new. Location is great, food is great, staff is great. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is amazing. So excited to see "American coffee" available!

Hotel was great in an awesome location next to everything

Fabulous stay, great friendly staff. Very clean and comfy hotel with easy access to fresh drinking water. Has a small gym, a swimming pool and posh bar. My only issue is that with lost property they aren't proactive in informing the guest that they have found your items. Once with my wallet when I described that I had lost it and the person said nothing was handed in without checking and when I insisted she checked, found it straight away with my room number on the postit with my name. Should have been made aware earlier. As too my charger.

Esempio che vale per tutto. Prenoto una camera con matrimoniale, arrivo e mi dicono che non hanno disponibile la camera selezionata (e pagata). Alla reception mi dicono “ non fa niente unisci i letti ed hai un letto matrimoniale”…simpatia va bene, ma dopo un viaggio di 4hr in macchina forse non tanto. Senza contare il servizio cliente che tanto sostengono.
