Staff friendly and service was fast. Room was hot and smelly. Air conditioner did not cool entire room. Breakfast was not edible.

Driving in, I wasn’t impressed as there was a family cooking on a portable grill in the parking lot at 10pm, but the hotel was nice, clean and renovated. We had a restful nights sleep and that is all that mattered. I would stay there again. We had a trailer we were pulling and need space to park it and know it was safe. This hotel checked the box!

Place was so dirty and went down for breakfast 30 mins after it started and it was over half gone with no refills. Also haven’t gotten my deposit back

Rooms showed signs of mold. Doors had to be forced shut.

Room was not clean. Brown stain on mattress cover. Notified front desk who offered another room which was also dirty. Attempted to get refund and go to another hotel with no success, even after calling hotels.com.

Check in took so long. I waited over a hour. The line was long and it was only one person working with another person sitting behind the desk with feet kicked up doing nothing. The room had a foul smell and refrigerator had a ringing noise all night. As I was falling asleep, the man that checked me in, knocked on door and tried to just come into room on me but I had the inside latch on door so that stop it from opening all the way. I asked what was going on, then he said he needed my id. I said for what, and he said he thought room was empty and he checked me into a different room number. It was very scary, like he assumed I was alone cause I checked in by myself (husband waited in the truck) and just tried to come in the room on me. My husband really wanted to leave at that point cause that was very suspect. Because even if you did make a mistake in the computer system and gave me wrong room, why wasn’t it a customer trying to come in room? It was the man that did my check-in trying to come into room to on me.

This was just a overnight stay before heading out of town. Everything was excellent as usual, from checking in, to cleanliness of the room and checking out. We will be back soon.

I was in my room and the dresser drawer in front of the TV kept on opening by it self and when I told the front counter working he give me a piece of tape that wouldn’t hold it and it was dead roaches and roaches on the wall I was very disappointed with this
