Simply a phenomenal hotel. Everything was super - the location (3 mins walk from the opera, 10 mins from the museums), the room, the staff, the restaurant. If you can afford it, just book it. You won’t regret

Estupendo hotel, muy bien situado, al lado de la Ópera de Viena y muy cerca a pie de muchos de los lugares emblemáticos. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, con el cuarto de baño dividido en dos zonas separadas, una de inodoro y otra de ducha y lavabo, lo que resulta muy cómodo si se comparte habitación. Las almohadas oficiales son demasiado blandas, pero tienen un catálogo de alternativas impresionante, sin recargo. Buenas amenities y frutas de bienvenida. El servicio de conserjería hace muy buenas recomendaciones. Caro, incluso para los estándares europeos, por eso no le doy cinco estrellas.

We have traveled to Vienna multiple times in recent years, and have stayed in few different hotels of the same class. The Amauris stands out among the others… their service is the best service we had received in any hotel globally. Special thank you to Pia who went over and beyond for us… absolute rock star! The hotel is also immaculate and has a wonderful set up that provides privacy and peace. Location is the best. Breakfast delicious. Parking just valet which makes it easy. I highly recommend this hotel, will not disappoint

Desk staff delightful!!! Tried to eat in the “fine dining” restaurant, then when seated, discovered was pris fixe menu. We did not want seven courses. Young waiter was confused; Maitre de was rude, assuming we did not understand pris fixe, treated us with contempt. By the way, food in the bar comes from the same kitchen!

Amauris A truly fantastic hotel. It is a genuine luxury boutique property, with only a few rooms, which makes the experience much more personalized and exclusive. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the building itself has great charm: it’s historic, yet fully renovated and decorated in a contemporary and elegant style. Everything is beautifully designed and carefully detailed. Very, very, very beautiful and absolutely recommended. staff it’s absolutely fantastic!

Great for a stay in central Vienna. Good breakfast options and outstanding restaurant for those special meals. Plenty of other options close by for those who like to roam. Recently renovated so the rooms are modern, sleek, stylish and comfortable.
