Everything was clean, quiet , well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was the best we've had at a Country Inn. Lots of food variety and very fresh and someone was always available if we needed something. Overall, we were very pleased with our visit.

Beds were not comfortable seemed a bit outdated. Breakfast and staff were excellent.

We had booked this room the day before to escape the Winter Storm Warnings but upon arriving the warnings were here too. My husband went into the hotel & the nice young woman told him that we could cancel the room to drive farther south. But I was in the car talking to Expedia. She said if we canceled it would cost $100 or we could pay $50 to get it rebooked. We did that but it never got rebooked so we had to pay full price at the hotel. When will we at least get our $50 back. Not happy with Hotel.com.

Modern rooms, staff are amazing, and the pool was very clean and warm and the hot tub was actually hot!

Friendly and responsive staff. Clean and well kept room, pool area, and common areas. Great complimentary breakfast buffet. Convenient parking.

Accommodations were well kept. My only dislike took place on the last evening when kids were running unsupervised all over the building. My extended family from 4 states were there for a funeral and trying to spend precious time together.

In Wausau for the Badger State Games. Stayed two nights. Convenient location, good condition, comfortable bed, nice pool/hot tub, and good free breakfast. Staff was incredibly friendly. Very good value.

The staff were super friendly, pool hours are longer than most places. Our room was clean. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in town

I arrived at 4pm our room wasn't ready had to wait 15 mins. The beds were hard as a rock, breakfast wasn't great but okay
