Flight was canceled, had to book a room at the last minute. Based my hotel search on: near train station, with a restaurant. I arrived famished after a long day of travel issues, only to find out the restaurant and kitchen were closed for renovation.

Breakfast not filling

The customer care was above and beyond. The aesthetic of the room was super enjoyable! Would stay here again!

It was great! Front desk staff were personable, kind, and very helpful. The room was spotless and we made use of every amenity from the separate soaking tub, to the robes, and the drink selection in the room.

Clean room but regulating temperature was somewhat challenging. Homeless person had set up outside the hotel. Restaurant closed.

Loved the facility and staff. The restaurant is under construction and we did not know before arrival. Other than that, everything was GREAT!

It was a comfortable stay. The bed was made and bathrooms cleaned everyday. The staff was always available. The negative aspect is that they don’t have a removable shower head, and breakfast was not available as the restaurant was closed due to renovation. Despite having take away breakfast, they often ran out. This included snacks.

Hôtel bien situé, proche de la gare et du Capitole. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Café et eau dans la chambre. Machine à glace dans le couloir. On nous a indiqué qu'un petit déjeuner serait disponible dans le hall entre 7h et 10h mais quand nous sommes descendus à 9h il ne restait que des fruits et des boissons.

I loved the proximity this hotel was in when it came to the places we wanted to visit. Walking distance of union station. I will definitely visit again.

Wonderful place to stay. Area around is safe, adjacent to train station. Very easy to get picked up by an uber. It didn’t bother us, but I know some would be, the restrooms in the rooms are sliding doors that have gaps on the side. Other than that wonderful staff overall.

The staff and hotel were great, we parked directly across the street in the parking garage which was very convenient and reasonably priced.
