No parking on-site other than valet parking (& not really any safe overnight public lots around so you are stuck with valet @ $40/night which is crazy). No elevator and tons of stairs so if you have accessibility needs or a stroller this is a really tough hotel. Nice room but nothing special, and clean (but old) property and delicious continental breakfast. We did not use the exercise room so can’t comment on that. No microwave in our room which was a huge bummer as we wanted to reheat leftovers! The staff were nice overall though our first impression was negative as the girl was unfriendly.

The staff was very pleasant. The location was excellent as I needed a hotel close to Westmount. For everything else, it was a disappointment. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the entire conversation from the couple next door. The woman was screaming and if I didn't have ear plugs I would not be able to sleep. The room and bathroom were old and in need of repair. The old carpet odour was strong and I could see cracks in the molding and paint peeling. The breakfast was simple but I enjoyed the fresh pastries. I have no plans to go back.

The breakfast was basic and the same every day. No hot food. The room was clean- but our heating was not working. We eventually found a space heater. But no one told us about this.

Guest services were excellent. Also the Shuttle driver and service was great!

Staff was helpful. Location was an easy walk to subway and other amenities that we wished to access.

Need to replace the shower faucet etc as it had poor water pressure and was difficult to get decent temperature control

It was great hotel! I stayed there with my daughter. The hotel room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Although the stairs were quite steep, the staff kindly carried our luggage all the way to our room. All staff members were kind and location was near to subway and restaurants and museum etc. I really highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable to stay with breakfast included. we were also leave our languages after checking out. Thanks to this hotel, we were able to feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Montreal.

near Down town, lots of nice restaurants and cafe around this area. Staff super friendly and helpful. They let me stay for free until 1p.m, though regular check out time is 12pm. Lot's of noise coming from the street at night time.

Charming property with bilingual staff. Nice continental breakfast to start the day. We could leave our luggage and sightsee prior to the room being ready which was nice. Very quaint.

Waited 30 minutes to get my car from valet, then went to get it myself and it took another 20 minutes. The trim in the bathroom was falling off…. The facility is getting old.
