Dining room closed. Room in disrepair. Front desk unstaffed majority of the day. Television did not work entire 3 day stay. Overhead lighting very dim. Simply cannot recommend this establishment.

The staff was welcoming, friendly, & hard working. We had a beautiful ocean view where we could enjoy each sunset in peace.

Property is average but my issues were all 3 shampoo/conditioner/body wash were empty with only an open bar of soap available. Towels were stained which was quite unappealing. Bed/sleep conditions were fine. Staff more interested in closing down the property for the season than accommodating patrons.

Hotel staff was professional and helpful. Ample parking in a city that is very limited. Room was clean with nice view. Surprisingly cheaper than less desirable options.

Clean, but rooms are small especially for what they charge. Only doubles and twin options. My room didn't have a tv that worked and I still paid full price. I normally wouldn’t mind but was traveling with my child. Staff was super friendly.

Fron desk staff was excellent, I arrived early and he gave me a fishing rod, tackle box and map to a nearby lake it was full of fish. Had a great time. Hotel room was clean and had a patio with ocean view.

Don't go here when it's almost shut down for the season....no food!!

All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean. I booked a single queen and despite being informed they didnt have a roll-away, provided 2 double beds saving my sister and I much grief.

I was in town for three days for work and this hotel was close to the airport. The staff was friendly and I was allowed to check in early. They advised me at that time that there is NO bar nor restaurant on the property. There is nothing within walking distance. They offer a shuttle to a sister property a few times a day which is 20 minutes / 13 miles away if you want to eat or drink anything. They offered a very simple continental type breakfast with coffee and bread. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. You might say you don’t need it, but the afternoon in August is hot and my room was sweltering. You can open door and balcony slider to get fresh air, but with no screen on the front door, there are flies. The place is quiet, quiet, but creaky. It’s been recently given a fresh coat of what realtors call “lipstick and rouge” but it’s an old building. Bring a power splitter if you want to plug in any more than 1 item. Not a terrible stay, but probably about par for the area where the weren’t too many options. Hopefully they can get a chef and get the restaurant and bar back online and maybe screen doors.

Loved this little gem! Great people and beautiful sunsets right on the dock! Beds were comfortable and the shuttle with charismatic conversations were a blast! Making memories!

Hotel is nice worthy of three stars. The best part of my stay was the front desk staff. They were awesome! Great help to me and my son! Price is higher than it’s worth.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds slept great. They were awesome with the shuttle service. I broke my ankle before the trip but went anyway because surgery wasn't until we were back home. They were great about getting me extra pillows to prop my leg while I slept. The Staff was wonderful! friendly and extra helpful with my limitations. I would recommend them every time!!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Ketch very much…Haley was so helpful offering to let me check in early, rides to and from the airport and communicated about something someone left for me…she went above and beyond! The room was very comfortable and clean…really nice place to stay!

The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was right on site and the staff was so accommodating.
