Great hotel. Super quick and easy check in

It was amazing from Check-in to Check-out. They greeted us when we pulled up to hotel. They grabbed our bags. They offered us complimentary water and Ice cream . They gave us a room upgrade.When we made requests, we were immediately accommodated. Upon departure they said "We hope you enjoyed your stay".

The property is tired and needs renovations. The room was in need of upgrades. Amenities were limitled. One bar of soap for the entire room that included two lavatory areas and a tub shower. . The concierge breakfast was not good at all. Definitely not up to Marriott standards. I would not stay there again unless they implement improvements. .

the hotel is lovely. the room was huge especially considering usually hotel rooms in nyc are tiny. we had a lovely time and slept really great. everyone was very nice. smooth check in and out process.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, helpful staff. Location is very convenient.

The Good: Very clean. Spotless. Close to everything. The Bad: Trash cans had no bags in them the first night which is no big deal. I would do it again and recommend to other people.

Great hotel. Great location.

Very dated- even with remodel. Beds were small- and remodel was not great $600 a night for step back to the 1970,s. Service at bar was poor- front desk and doorman were good.

It was fine but the cat that you added on the parking price and the internet was charge on top of a pricey night...

Amazing staff! Every person I encountered was lovely, helpful, and such a joy to talk to! Very convenient location and the rooms were clean and well-designed!
