Clean rooms, soft beds. Parking prices were excessive.

This is not the first time we stay at the Indigo Hotel San Antonio. So I have made this one of my favorite places to stay when visitong here. Nevetheless our only recommendation to the hotel would be to have more affortable parking so we could make Indigo Hotel the only hotel we would choose to stay here eim San Antonio.

Nice hotel property

Very nice friendly staff . Helped me find a quiet place for zoom meeting before checkin Time . Beds very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Riverealk

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, but disorganized, and shorthanded at the valet service at the time, so I had to wait for the vehicle for a while; and the entrance area, while well very ornate and historical looking, was tight because of all the cars left there and so had trouble getting my tundra out. The hotel was gracious enough though to make up for valet difficulties by treating us to a free breakfast. I would stay there again though, definitely

The room from the first day smelled of musty

The property was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

Was told parking was free and it was not . Not happy about 65 a day

Very nice property overall just too much for overnight valet parking and limited parking around the hotel to park. Other than that it was clean the staff was friendly.

Emma and Ashley did an excellent job welcoming my basketball team for the weekend. They were very kind and patient with our large group.

Staff were friendly, and very helpful with local information. Room was nicely appointed and spotless. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in Hotel Indigo several years ago, and I remember how pretty it was. All the blue (indigo)colors throughout made it unique. I was disappointed that it is now painted in different colors. Our room was very nice but again, not blue. That would have to be my biggest complaint, plus it was under some construction

Very nice hotel with a great location and very comfortable beds. Nice shower and the valet parking was quick and efficient. Got a great deal so it was well worth it.
