The location is outstanding—just steps from Avenida Paulista and surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, shopping, and everything you need to experience São Paulo. (Marriott Bonvoy⁠) The staff made the stay memorable. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help, whether it was with recommendations, transportation, or making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the breakfast—there was an incredible variety of fresh Brazilian and international options, and it was the perfect way to start each morning. The hotel also has great amenities, including a beautiful pool, well-equipped fitness center, and relaxing spa. Overall, it offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Renaissance São Paulo to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

Hotel lindo, atendimento ótimo, muito bem localizado. A cama de casal que precisava ser mudada para tamanho queen ao menos, casal é muito pequena.

Eu já fiquei algumas vezes no Renaissance. Dessa mais recente, passei um período maior, 9 dias, e continuo achando uma excelente opção em São Paulo. O quarto é confortável: bons cama e travesseiros, amenities de qualidade, uma banheira que sempre salva no fim do dia, tudo o que se espera de um 5 estrelas. A comida também é muito boa e com preços compatíveis com a cidade de São Paulo. O ponto principal do hotel, no entanto, é o serviço. Mesmo sendo um hotel com muitos quartos, ele não perde a qualidade nesse quesito, ao contrário: todos os funcionários com quem interagi até hoje, foram muito simpáticos e prestativos- isso em todos os setores, da recepção à governança. Para mim, isso- mais do que quarto e comida- é que transforma a experiência e faz querer voltar.

Já me hospedei outras vezes e nesta ocasião fui acomodado nos apartamentos que foram revitalizados e ficaram muito bons. O atendimento prestado pela Pietra na recepção foi muito eficiente, foi muito atenciosa, educada e prestativa.

Hotel está largado e com serviço de governança fraco. Nos colocaram em uma acomodação vizinha a uma reforma e o barulho era muito alto

Renaissance has normally been our go-to hotel in São Paulo, and in the past we have consistently rated it 5 stars. Unfortunately, this stay missed the mark by far. When we arrived, there was a used towel still hanging in the room, which made us question whether the room had been properly checked before our arrival. The room was also not cleaned during our short two-day stay. We called in the early afternoon to let the hotel know that the room had not been cleaned, but housekeeping was only sent at around 10 p.m., which was obviously too late and we refused the service. In addition, we ordered a dessert for our child and were told it was chocolate, but what arrived was a coffee-flavored dessert. These issues together made the experience feel well below the standard we usually expect from Renaissance. We hope this was an exception, but unfortunately we cannot give the hotel our usual 4.5/5-star review this time.
