Wow! Customer service 10 diamonds. The staff namely Danille was so welcoming and helpful omg. The hotel is stunning!!!! The breakfast room amazing lots of light and plants imagine a real honeycomb drizzling honey over fruits. Romance novel type stuff. I underestimated how cold the breakfast area was and the hotess a lovely warm and friendly young lady offered me a shawl. This was Customer service at a whole other level and weve stayed at the 4 seasons and ritz etc. The food was amazing we did the lounge package the welcome reception food is very good. The only downside to that was there is nothing from 11am to 530 just candy and soda. Our room was nice. The view blah. But this hotel is excellent.

En general bien , pero un día llegue acompañado y no dejaron entrar a mi pareja al hotel , yo reservé para 2 personas y ni así la dejaron entrar

Nossa lua de mel não poderia ter sido em outro lugar. O Renaissance fez da nossa noite inesquecível. Staff muito solícito e atencioso. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Localização privilegiada. Estrutura do hotel como um todo, restaurante e bar, tudo impecável.

Foi uma experiência muito agradável. Fomos bem recebidos pela Lia na recepção. Muito amável . E atendidos pela concierge Stefanie com uma atenção e dedicação maravilhosa . Com certeza eu e minha esposa voltaremos s nos hospedar no Renaissance .

I expected much more for the money. The spa was under construction and during check-in I was not given the necessary information or even told that. I found some friendly and informative staff members but the professional ism was not consistent.

Fantastic hotel

This is the only hotel doesn’t provide free water hotel that we ever been, especially this is a 4 stars hotel! There is a sushi bar in the lobby. It took a hour for us waiting a sushi dish.

Lia and the whole staff was amazing! I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I definitely plan on coming back.

Great location! Impeccable Service! Best hotel gym I have ever seen! Plenty of options for shopping and dinning within walking distance.

Varios erros basicos ,fiz o chekin me deram As chaves apartamento 1905 pego o elevador subo porta nao abre , volto a recpcao o atendente sumiu ai apareceu o chefe dele o numero era 1915 ai fui jantar eu a esposa pedimos 2 file mignon trocamos o acompanhamento por batata frita veio com arroz biro biro , em seguida fomos dormir o ar condicionado gela de mais sem controle dos botoes , e faz um barulho absurdo nao da nem para dormir e isso

Very nice hotel, beautiful lobby, good gym and pool. Needs remodeling. Service is excellent. Breakfast area employees were excellent!
