We had a ground floor room where we could park out front. Easy drive to ferry terminal

Convenient location, interesting town

Breakfast was a little chaotic and the EV charging was not acceptable either due to failure or limit location.

Belle chambre, confortable. Stationnement près de la chambre. Mention spéciale à la jeune femme qui sert au déjeuner. Très gentille, souriante et avenante. On recommande det hotel.

Clean room, respectful staff in the reception, good parking and overall comfortable stay. The breakfast was good but very disorganized. It would be helpful to have more than 1 person taking care of breakfast and organize the breakfast items on the counter better so there is a flow to it. You cannot expect one person to be able to serve eggs, bacon, and sausages, refilling coffee and other breakfast items, empty garbage and clean the tables.

Room was clean and staff were very helpful/friendly! Breakfast hours for weekend were a bit limited (7-10 am) so the breakfast room was very packed/hard to navigate or get food. For travellers leaving early in the morning it would be helpful to have breakfast start at 6 am. Great location though, was lovely to have St-Hubert for supper (across the road).

Smelly room and could not get another room

I’ve stayed here multiple times now and always an amazing experience. The staff are very nice and helpful. Everything is nice and clean!

Staff was super fabulous! Were very helpful with me and my non-French speaking self. The lady serving breakfast was so sweet and kind to our children, and the evening staff gave a great recommendation for a quick take out supper (St. Hubert). No concerns with the cleanliness of the room and there were plently of towels for the 4 of us. Comfy bed and tasty coffee- would definitely stay again.

Overall a great stay! Breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed this location for a one night stay. If it was longer, the room was small for a family of 4 but one night was perfect!

La chambre avait une odeur désagréable qui persistait même après avoir ouvert la fenêtre. La ventilation était insuffisante. De plus, le bruit du réfrigérateur et du climatiseur était très dérangeant, surtout pendant la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner était très ordinaire et ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Compte tenu du prix payé, je suis très déçue de mon séjour. Malheureusement, je ne choisirai certainement pas cet hôtel pour un prochain voyage.

This hotel was in great condition and was situated in a good location near restaurants and gas stations. It was quiet and reasonably new. I would stay there again. They had bacon, scrambled eggs and waffles for breakfast.

The room was fine. The property needs some updating.
