Room was clean

The room was not cleaned properly. Found black hair in shower in hot tub and on back of toilet. Alot of bugs on widow sill. Sheets were stained. No bedding in room for the pullout couch. Telephone was not working, nor were a few of the outlets. Very poor experience.

The pool was dirty and rooms were okay. Breakfast was good and affordable.

Adorable little snack shop area. Large and very efficient and cute breakfast area. Great selection of breakfast items. It looks like a brand new pool area that's very well lit with outside light and welcoming. They're newly updating rooms, too, I believe. Or room had a brand new touch screen mirror, and a brand new pull out sofa. Loved our stay!

Buffet breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was horrible. Staff was indifferent bordering on rude. Bed sheets were worn out. Truck noise was barely tolerable.

Staff was very helpful & friendly. Nice big pool.

The room itself was clean but the shower was disgusting. Black mildew on the ceiling, in the corners of the shower stall, and the drain was one of those steips that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Slimy and full of hair

We liked staying here. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and the hotel smelled nice. The hotel does need an update (from bedsheets to tvs) but this didn’t bother us too much since we spent the days out. Pool was great! Hot tub great! And the best part was the breakfast, it had many different options and the food was all good. We will stay again!

This was an easy hotel to get to off the highway. The staff was very friendly. It looked like they were trying to update because there was green painters tape on the light fixture in the bathroom. We were also going to use the pull out bed and we chose not to due to no sheets in the room for it and the mattress was very stained and gross. A few other minor repairs needed to be done to the room, but I think they were doing some updates to help with it.

We did not have an ice bucket in the rim. When i caked down to request one, i was told to come pick it up myself. I was appalled! The bathroom was still dirty and the room smellwd weird. The hot tub was dirty. The elevator was disgusting. The next morning while we were getting ready to leave, there was excrement loud music being played in the room around us that our room shook! I told maintenence and they did not care. The said to tell the front desk and it are leaving yet. I have never been treated unfairly dieting a hotel stay ever. I will never go back.

Hair on bed sheets hair everywhere

I booked a room with two beds and a pull out sofa for a family (5 people). The pullout sofa was broken (the mattress would not have been adequate for sleep as it was completely broken down and coils poking through and the support in the frame was broken so bottom half of the mattress collapsed.) There were no linens available for the pull out - I asked and she said she was out and they should've been in the cabinet but they weren't. So I stripped one of the beds to use those sheets and found that the comforter had a large fecal stain on it. Stay elsewhere.
