It was clean but dated.

Rooms were very clean, adequately furnished and equipped with microwave, coffee maker & fridge. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast was typical of a budget hotel with a variety of cereals breads, bagels with marmalade, jams, peanut butter, cold juices and yogurts. Hot buffet was fresh but I have to say unappealing to look at, eggs and what appeared to be sausage. Overall, the Breakfast was adequate to start the day and the stay was comfortable.

Smoking area was directly outside our room and when heat came on, the fan brought the smell of cigarettes into our room. Room was dark, especially the washroom

Very clean and convenient parking. Good breakfast in the morning. Price higher than most other hotels, but very good services and satisfied with experience.

The staff who checked us in called Lisa was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond. We were travelling with a baby and she was amazing

Room was very clean, they accommodated our request for a late check out, and I enjoyed making an apple cinnamon waffle in the morning in the breakfast room!

Our room was lovely and looked very clean. The staff were very nice, and seems like young hockey teams use this hotel often as there are "no mini sticks" signs in the hallways! The night was quiet and relaxing for the most part. A great hotel for the price point as others in the area are pretty run down.

Property was fine with limited extras, which was fine for me. No pool / hot tub, no dining. Of the two vending machines, one did not work. Parking spots are quite tight for large cars / trucks and filled up quickly. There was a hockey team(s) there Friday night which was quite loud - nothing to do with the hotel as parents should have been reigning their kids in will before 2300; but kids will be kids. The TV / satellite kept cutting in and out, snow / wind? I did not really care because I was not in the room much except to sleep but could be frustrating for others. Free breakfast was fine for me. Room was clean and well stocked.

The first room smelled like feet. Changed one room, and the 2nd room still smelled like bug spray. Ended up forfeiting and didn’t stay at the room.

There is no elevator at the hotel and parking is limited. The room was fairly clean however dated and the bathroom had a musty smell. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain.

very disappointing experience with your site reps, hotel staff @ this comfort inn, I was stuck in Owen Sound due to the snow storm and my wife booked this reservation but less than one hour of its booking she was told by hotel staff there's no parking space available for my truck size and bad road conditions going up to the hotel, she asked if she can cancel but they said she needs to contact Expedia, and after she did, the hotel declined the refund. This is very disappointing how your establishment is taking advantage of this is opportunity and poor customer svc. You need to learn from your neighboring hotel Best Western on 2nd Ave. they went above and beyond to not only finding me a secure parking space ( because of the load on the truck) also providing me power supply for the overnight temperature. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, but I will no longer stay at your establishment and I'm very disappointed in Expedia for their poor customer service.

The room was fine and the staff were excellent

We didn’t even stay there in the end. At check in- no parking as promised. Multiple hockey teams staying there and our room was right smack dab in middle of loud people on either side. The front desk staff thought it was hilarious. At $250 a once taxes anf fees were added, for lack-luster room, I didn’t think it was funny. No parking anywhere near the place when we needed to actually sleep there so we just left Owen Sound. Pro tip. Put people that are NOT part of the mass number of hockey players and families AWAY from them. And make sure that if you advertise parking that there is parking. I would argue you broke a contract and you owe us our money back. The room itself was not a $200 room. More like a $100 room. I am livid about the experience and how it ruined our whole weekend. Our advice- stay away from this place at all costs.

Hotel room very worn down needs renovation Bathroom not clean

Room was very clean however they need to check if furnace is working in the rooms rented out. Our furnace was not working however was resolved quickly.
