The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were hard and half sized, no movie channel, paper cups, plastic-like blanket

Room is clean, breakfast is good. I went on the winter season , it was quiet environment. Consider this is a two star hotel, the quality is way exceed my expectations.

Very clean, all linens white. No smells, stains, sounds, or surprises in the hotel or the room. Good wifi, good tv, fridge and microwave were helpful. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of breakfast options (if you like waffles take your own syrup). Great in room heater/air con. Good big desk to work at.

No staff/security…put us smack dab in the middle of a hockey team and was unable to handle them. We had to threaten to call police.

The check in and staff were great! Friendly and very helpful. The room was ok. We just crashed there for one night so it was good for what we needed it for

The room was very spacious with a king size bed and sofa bed plus a desk area and a TV seating area.Also had a nice fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The swimming pool and hot tub were open in the morning but not when we arrived (but we got in late evening). Breakfast was included and a very good deal!

Room was clean, easy parking Wished there would have been an elevator, since we were on the third floor and I have issues with my knees. But was overall happy with our stay and the staff was also very friendly

The room we booked on Travelocity was not what we were given. The hotel was sold out so they were unable to give us a room with two beds. They did end up giving us two separate rooms with full beds.

Absolutely perfect! Room was incredible and the breakfast buffet was just enough! The renovations have been impeccable since i was there years ago.

Room: wall paper peeling and swelling of the wood (bottom of door and trim) in the bathroom. The bathroom sink stunk (musty/mouldy) when water ran. The hair blower was not functioning properly (high speed level sounded like something was grinding and it smelled like something was burning). The room was located across from the stairwell, so it felt noisy. The room above was noisy for Saturday afternoon and evening. Otherwise, our room, bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Parking: there was next to no parking. Perhaps a better snow removal plan should’ve been in place? Or the large commercial vehicles shouldn’t be allowed to park where they were. Designated parking spaces for rooms would be nice! The lot felt very chaotic. Staff: all staff we encountered were friendly, informative, and professional. Breakfast: Saturday morning food seemed a little scarce considering we visited in the middle of this service (9am). I politely asked the guests behind me if they had eaten yet to ensure we all got some hot food. And I didn’t notice a restock while we sat and ate. Also, the “hot food” wasn’t very hot. The potatoes were still hard and cold in the middle. Sunday breakfast we visited a little earlier (8:45) and still found the selection was scarce; however I did notice a restock happening as we cleared our table and prepare for checkout as we had an appointment to get to. We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a nice visit, but was left unsatisfied this time.
